It was the filthiest room I've ever been in my life. Hotel 6 has cleaner rooms. There was soap scum on the bathtubs, not too sure what was on the towels. When I went to use the mirror that too had some kind of haze on it. By this point I just went ahead and grabbed the sheets out of my car and put those on the bed and when I laid down to go to sleep I noticed all the dust bunnies everywhere because some of them were floating down on me due to the location of the light. Never again will I stay at this hotel for shall I say motel. Even No Tell Motel has better rooms in this.

Rating: 2/5 I recently stayed at the Three Palms Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, and it was quite an experience. The staff was okay, but the overall stay left much to be desired. On the day of my stay, the power went out around noon and didn’t come back on until 10 PM. This was a major inconvenience, especially since no one informed me that I could switch rooms until 5 or 6 PM. Even worse, I wasn’t given a key to my room during the outage, so every time I left, I had to find a member of management to let me back in. This was incredibly frustrating and not accommodating at all. Overall, the lack of communication and the inconvenience of not having a room key during a prolonged power outage significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management can address these issues for future guests.

Front desk girls are RUDE! One of them has major attitude every time she helps anyone and she’s ignorant. They need new staff asap! That place is going under quick.

Great stay and location.

The network and phone signals are very good, with a 5G feel. The room is clean and the service is good. There are Pizza Hut, Chinese restaurants, and large supermarkets within a 3-5 minute walk. The hotel has shampoo, shower gel, and soap, but you need to bring your own slippers.

First time coming to Arizona, first time staying, and the experience I got must be praised. The environment is good, the room facilities are OK, and the front desk is very welcoming
