We had a bizarre experience at check out. We were a bit late leaving our room. This led to multiple phone calls and housekeeping repeatedly knocking on the door. I've never experienced this. It was jarring enough that we likely won't return.

Accommodations, Food, Staff, Amenities- just EVERYTHING was exceptional. We appreciate the details to luxury at Watercolor Inn from the Treat Suite on every floor to the "Goodbye Gift" which was a lovely bag of potpourri for our vehicle to remind us of the wonderful scent of the Inn itself. Although it rained us on on the one day we planned to go to Camp Watercolor, the Beach Club pools were clean and relaxing. The food at FOOW was incredible as well. We can't wait to return.

Hotel staff was wonderful, beautiful property with the renovations. Always felt welcomed. However I feel the beach attendants with the chair service was lacking. Paying 72$ for 2 chairs and an umbrella with sand all over the chairs with no help getting them cleaned off and set up was unexpected. We were pointed in the direction to look for our reserved chairs. This could be improved as well as the dried up sea**** between chairs and rows could be raked and cleaned up in the mornings. Would make the beach a more pleasant experience.

You will not go wrong if you decide to stay at Watercolor Inn & Resort. My wife and I have been staying here for over 6 years. We changed it up one year and stayed in a house close by...Didn't do that again. We make multiple trips to Seaside and stay here every time. The staff is amazing and treat us like family. Randy, Jared, Jose, Chris, Brandon and I am sorry if I am forgetting anyone but you are all amazing. Remodeled rooms and amazing access to beach and food.. Top Top Notch!!!

We are frequent guests of the Inn. This was our first stay since the completed room renovations. Our overall impression of the renovation was good. There were some issues we felt unsure of---lack of a desk, very low nightime room lighting, very small trash containers-to name a few. The Inn continues to be well kept and the service is consistently great. The only issue we had during our stay was a young child in the adjacent room started crying in the early morning hours and consequently forced us to begin our day much sooner then we wanted to. Food at FOOW could also be better. Several restaurants in the area offer better menu alternatives and better food quality.
