Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall

I booked two rooms. One with a king sized bed and one with twin beds. The King sized room had an unpleasant view of a rooftop but the twin room had a good view that faced the swimming pool and highway. The beds were comfy and the water pressure of the shower head was very relaxing. Overall ,the hotel experience was very good 👍 It is very convenient for those who like to shop and eat as it is connected to Paradigm mall. We enjoyed staying there and will be back again ☺️

The room is big with a sofa bed. Plenty of of space. The room and bathroom is tip top condition. The gum and pool is well maintained and clean. 👍👍👍. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel is linked with the shopping mall. The shopping mall operated from 10am to 10pm, with plenty of choices from food, clothes, massages, accessories shops and many others. However, within the vicinity there is any much. Hence, you needed to drive out. As the hotel is located beside the busy road, sometimes you may heard motorist car noise even the room is sound proof. Overall, is good stay.

Clean and spacious room! Location is superb, with a link to paradigm mall near cold stone. Was given complimentary breakfast as king room was not available. Breakfast had great variety too. Will definitely return!

Front desk did not fulfil our request for special arrangement on actual day (10th year anniversary) which I had requested 2 months before and they agreed to it. Totally Ruined my surprise for my partner. Front desk should be more attentive to these… Hotel room is spacious, but mouldy for a generally new hotel. Location is not the best either.

2nd time staying here and we still love it. Love the convenience and the very helpful staffs. Thanks for the awesome service!

Not flexible in extending late checkout. No in room dining service available, restaurants and food within the mall were closed after 10pm. Thankfully, marketplace which is open 24 hours had food such as sandwiches, cup noodles, microwaveable food etc available for purchase.

Overall happy with the hotel. Spacious room (no view). Great that it is connected to a huge mall but yet it is not as crowded (no queues!). Only thing is we will request for late check-out for future bookings. We needed to extend at level 7 reception when we were locked out of our room at 11.50am+ (check-out time is 12 noon).

Room environment very nice , place quiet, Toilet Clean , parking easy find ,, will be back next time .

Great Location with accessibility to Paradigm Mall King Bed come with long sofa. Definitely will come back again!
