Great stay and staff was very helpful and polite. When I was having difficulty finding my reservation the way at the front desk was extremely persistent in helping me get checked in.

I absolutely love staying at La Quinta!! Everything is remodeled. It was a very peaceful a**osphere. Make sure you have cash on hand to leave a deposit, you will receive it when checking out.

The rooms are clean kitchen staff awesome front desk pretty good lady who cleaned my room was really nice and efficient but when they clean other rooms I can hear the toilet lit slam pretty much all the time walls are super thin

the layout is generally good. The room was clean and ready for use. There is plenty of lighting, which is very helpful.
It was interesting to find the closet immediately inside the room door. That meant that the main door had to be closed before hanging any clothes. The closet door did not open or close easily. It was surprising that the bar for the hangars was so close to the top of the closet that my hangars did not fit on it.
It would be helpful to have a guide for how to use the television. The system for finding channels may be intuitive to some; it was a frustration to me.

Check-In was quick and the front desk personnel was courteous and efficient.
Room and bathroom were very clean and it appeared as if the room that my wife and I stayed was freshly painted and refurbished.
We enjoyed going shopping at the nearby Carolina Premium Outlets.

Elevator was not working...pool not available, trash everyone outside - dumpster overflowing. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times in the morning before check out to see if I was gone to clean my room - it was horrible. Pet friendly which is fine but the guests were horrible with their pets and people were running up and down the hall. the walls are paper thin. Gross. Never ever again.

I generally have good experiences with this hotel chain, however, this trip was the exception. My mattress was too small for the frame and I hit my knee on the metal mattress holder. The room was also cold and couldn’t get heat to work properly. It would also be nice if this hotel would convert to keuregs in the rooms for your customers.
