I went to resort hopping at semporna. I'm very particular with the stay. This hotel provided me with good service and fulfilled my requirements. The receptionist was very nice. On time check in time. Second time staying here. Walking distance to restaurant, ATM, market , pasar pagi , jetty, 7E, guardian n Watson. 1st trip was with my friend. 2nd trip with my family . After getting off from jetty, the hotel is just opposite to jetty , behind the block. No need to book grab, to bring bags far away. Walking distance only. We just walk down the hotel, few steps to the restaurant for dinner. Bit noisy because the side of the road but still okay. Will come and book here again in the next visit for sure. The price is cheap. Room is spacious for 4 person in a family. Toilet is clean. Very recommended for those bringing family. Btw , the food at the seaview was mama Mia , the price is reasonable. 2 lobsters : 500g ( rm 170) Prawn ( small portion ) : RM 30+ Squid ( small portion) : 20+ Beverage : 3 types Total : rm200+ Definitely will come and repeat the same thing later on. Will recommend this hotel to the other if they are staying at semporna. Thank you for the service hotel.

the hotel was clean and tidy. Complete with all facilities and the view from balcony was superb.

Map location for this hotel is wrong. It is located at the waterfront. Close to shops and jetty. Pleasant stay for one night and good value.

Location is good. Nearby public Jetty. Overall the facilities is match to the price that you paid it

Good location.

Room a bit small. Ok for resting and sleeping before going for island hopping and check in to water chalet. Seafood restaurant and kopitiam just behind the hotel. Other eateries and convenience shops all nearby. It's a shop lot so be prepared to up the stairs.

It's hard to find parking.. The rooms provided are not satisfactory.. First and last stay there
