The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of Hapjeong Station, there is a large CU convenience store nearby, and a Woori Bank directly across the street. There are also plenty of cafés, salons, and other useful amenities in the area, making it a very convenient place to stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated after traveling.
On the downside, there was a noticeable smell in my room that never fully went away. The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed, so whenever it was on, the cold air blew straight onto my face. Since the weather was hot, turning it off wasn’t really an option, and I ended up sleeping at the opposite end of the bed to avoid the airflow.
My main concern was the bedding. I found a long black hair and another short black hair on the bed sheets, neither of which were mine, and the sheet itself had a tear in it. The rest of the room appeared reasonably clean, but the condition and cleanliness of the bedding left a less favorable impression.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and wonderful staff, but I think more attention should be given to room freshness and bedding cleanliness.
