There is a lobby which provides coffee, washing machine even lg styler makes me so comfy. Hotel cleanliness was good and very attentive staff in the front desk. Foot massagers are great for relaxing. Will definitely come back here.

The design of the room is much better than I expected. It's simple and wide for one person use. It's convenient to walk to Dongdaemun DDP and the railway station nearby. Quite good.

Overall 100% recommended and coming back! Recommended for those who just need a simple room to sleep in! Located at 3 min walk to the station, a bus stop to the airport is in front of the hotel, from the airport is 5 min walk. Tea and coffee is available at the common room and there is washing machine, LG Styler, steam iron and iron board. The receptionist were all friendly and had no issue during the stay. You get 3 bottles of water when you request for room service which I think is convenient. I would advice to request for a room with bath so you won't face the issue of water spilling over the floor.

Good location close to ddp, bus stop and train station. Free laundry but takes an hour. The wifi was hit and miss sometimes it works sometimes no.

What a fantastic hotel!!! The staff were all very nice and helpful, my room was lovely and cozy. The service is second to none, we received first class treatment from the moment we stepped into the hotel and after our check out time. The free amenities were fantastic. Free foot massages, free washing machines and dryer and the beautiful bath tub was soooo luxurious it made the experience extra special. The nail technician was sooooooo wonderful, she fit us in to have our nails done at the last minute! Thank you so much for you service. I will definitely recommend this hotel!!!! 😀
