33 floor with a nice view of Namsan Tower and clouds passing view on the windows - overall very good feeling.

Have always enjoyed The Executive Tower. The only disappointment this time is that the hotel’s new policy of 11am check-out time.

It has a luxurious feel and the service staff are very polite and courteous. The room was spacious enough, I was worried it would be old, but the executive tower was well renovated. The location is excellent, with Line 2 downstairs, Lotte Department Store and duty-free shops next to it, Myeongdong across the road, and Gyeongbokgung Palace, the statue of King Sejong the Great, within walking distance. This is the first hotel I want to take the initiative to write a review for. I will consider this hotel next time I go to Seoul.

The rooms in the new wing of the hotel are very good. There is a large shopping mall nearby. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Korea!

Very lovely hotel, quiet in the rooms, helpful staff but very expensive. Lobby is nice but no seating area. Unable to take a break and sit in the lobby. Went for coffee/tea in the day time restaurant with friends. Little did we know that the price of a tea was $15.00 U.S.!

We had a great times @ Lotte Hotel. Excellent service. Only one thing, they don’t have yoga Mat .. We hope for our next trip they’d have one ..

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. A minor point, it will be nice if there have a few couches or chairs around the ground floor lobby for guests to sit while awaiting for pick up cars.

Great hotel with excellent staff who are very attentive to all your needs. Checking in and out was very easy and hotel is located in a great location. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Beautiful well maintained 5 star hotel in the heart of Seoul with excellent hospitality, on site restaurants, and direct access to Lotte Department Store. Gyeonbokgung, Dongdamyun Market, and Namsan Park are within 30 min walk. Myeundong night Market and subway station is 3 min walk away I had breakfast buffet at La Seine, the selection and quality was excellent I had my best meal in Korea at the hotel Korean Restaurant Mughunhwa on top of the hotel. The food court at the Lotte Department Store is where I go for quick bites and sweets when trying to avoid the summer heat. Lotte Hotel Executive Tower will be my place to stay whenever I visit Seoul.
