友人と3泊しました！ 清潔感完璧、ウォーターサーバーがあり お水飲み放題なのがとても有難かったです！ お風呂も広く、トイレも紙が流せるのでよかった。 乙支路3街からすぐですし、スタバだったりカフェや コンビニも近くにたくさん。 明洞までも歩いて行けるのでここはまた利用したいです！ 壁の隙間にブレスレットを落としてしまって 清掃の方が試行錯誤とってくださってほんとに感謝しかありません。。 皆さん親切でとても素敵なホテルでした！

The location is excellent. In terms of space, it's pretty good for the city. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's also very close to Myeongdong city, so it's very convenient. However, I had previously asked the hotel to order a birthday cake for my family members by replying to a letter, but when it arrived, I was told that the letter had not been received (?!). Later, the hotel brought snacks and drinks to apologize. In addition, after staying for five nights, there was no real room cleaning for two days, and I had to ask the front desk to bring clean towels for washing, which was not good enough (the garbage was not taken out). This is a hotel with a good location and good front desk service, but the housekeeping is not good enough. You can call a taxi on your behalf, check your T-money card for stored value, check restaurant openings and make reservations, and other services.

Excellent! Clean and spacious! Namsan view is awesome. Ask for high floor for panoramic view! Within short walking distance to the nearest subway station. There is a Starbucks very near to the hotel. There is also a convenient shop at the lobby level to get some toiletries, snacks and fruits. Coin operated washing machine and dryer is available at your own cost. Complimentary lockers to store your luggage up to 12 hrs.

The front desk of the hotel is not very friendly and has a cold attitude. The room assigned at the beginning was at the elevator entrance. The door was open when I checked in. The facilities in the room are very poor. It is not as comfortable as other normal holiday arrangements because there are all restrictions in the room. There was no decoration and layout. Only the staff could open the door. The bedside table lamp was broken. The toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned and there was a peculiar smell! After that, I asked the front desk to adjust the room, but it turned out that there was only one room at the end of the corridor and it was very small... I had no choice but to choose the original room, which was really a bad experience! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I will never choose it again! ! !

About 15min walk to myeoing dong, less than 10min to subway, very good location

Checked in after 3pm and there was a room with tub available and they allowed us to change. Check in was very seamless, housekeeping was very efficient and gave 2 bottles of water everyday. Rooms was cleaned well everyday. Gym and 18th floor was very nice. There's a GS25 within hotel lobby and plenty of bakery around if you need a quick bite. Love the place. It's about 600m walk to Myeongdong though or 1 metro station away. Can be quite inconvenient if you have huge shopping bags from Myeongdong. However it's very easy to get to the airport as there is a airport limousine bus stop within 5mins walk. Would consider staying at the main Nine Tree next time :)

Very good location. A few steps to the shopping street. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel was clean. It was near the bus station (Euljiro 3)

The wall it’s really thin, can hear people talking and laughing at night.
