Since it is a residence, it does not have a lot of amenities. The hotel has a convenience store and cafe within walking distance from Dongdaemun, and there is also a famous Michelin-rated cold noodle restaurant nearby. The room was warm and spacious, so I was able to spread out my luggage and relax!

First of all, the staff was very nice.
The room was spacious and relaxing.It has a washing machine, so it's suitable for long stays.
There is a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, and a large conventional market [Chubu Dried Fish Market] in front of you Fun!
I would like to use it again next time!

2024/4に4泊5日で韓国人の彼と利用しました。最寄りが2号線の울지로4가역(ウルチロサガ駅)なので普段ホンデやソンスなど2号線沿いで遊ぶ私にはぴったりでした。駅にコーヒースタンドがあったり、ホテルの1階にセブンがあるのも結構嬉しかったです！
お部屋の中はところどころ掃除が甘いかなと思うところもありましたが、長めの滞在だったので洗濯機がある且つお値段抑えめのホテルを探していたのでとても満足、快適に過ごせました！彼が「ほんとに韓国の家みたい」と言っていたので、韓国に住んでる気分を味わいたい人にもいいかも？笑
ただ、駅から少し歩くのと、夜になるとホテルの周りが結構暗くなるので、女性1人で泊まる場合は日が沈む前に帰るなど気をつけた方がいいかなと思いました。
アメニティ系は宿泊して少し時間が経ってしまったので忘れてしまいましたが、お水やタオルが足りなくなったり交換されていなかったらフロントの方に言えば親切に対応してくださいましたよ😊たしかフロントは22時以降？深夜の時間帯はいなかった気がするのでそこも注意です。
機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います！

An absolute gem of a place. Our room had cooking facilities, even a washing machine ensuite. Beds were firm but comfortable. Feels like underfloor heating when cold and an air-con if too hot. Great local restaurants nearby - just ask at reception. Drawbacks - shower did have some mould in places, but not a lot; difficult to find, so use taxis - they're cheap enough. Would certainly stay here again.

Whole a**osphere was dark and gloomy
Service desk was terrible/couldn’t even arrange a taxi for us…
There is nothing good around the hotel
Only good thing about is the salesperson of the small / tiny convenient store inside the lobby. She was friendly and tried to help!
Will not recommend.
