Roynet Hotel Seoul Mapo Reviews

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roynet!! Everything from the amenities to the service and design of the room is thoughtful and complete. It is also 5mins away from Mapo train station and a short bus ride to Hyundai Seoul, and there are good dinner spots nearby too. You will definitely have a comfortable and clean stay here 😊 Bonus - the bathroom is very roomy compared to the other hotels and it comes with a tub!

Located in the vibrant Mapo district, the hotel offered easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient staff at the reception desk. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were helpful in providing information about the hotel amenities and local area. They were also accommodating in fulfilling my room preferences and ensuring a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were of good quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room featured modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a safe for securing valuables. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The location is good and there is airport bus station which is just 3 mins walk from the hotel. The famous coffee shop is located at the ground floor of the hotel. The cake is good. Highly recommended.

The conditions of the room and hotel is good. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel located with 3 trains stations nearby, one of them is airport trains. There are also gym room facilities in the hotel. I am looking forward to stay with the hotel again when I visit again.

I always like staying in Mapo area, easy to get around, food, café all nearby. Since I have a party of 3, we picked Roynet because they have the biggest space compared to all other one near by. When we arrive to the room, we found loss hair n water marks all over....quite disappointing with Japanese brand hotel.

Quite enjoy this stay. Close to the station with just a few minutes walk, staffs are nice, room is clean and there are lots of things quite thoughtful. A coffee shop in G/F with late night closing.

Location of hotel is fine, less than 10 mins walk to Mapo station. The room service is nice and tidy. The staff is very friendly and good service. When i called for we have made dirty on the floor, they got into our room for site check and asked when we will be free for vaccum on the carpet. Overall the service is good for this hotel.

It's a nice experience to stay at Roynet Hotel Seoul Mapo. The location is perfect. Getting off from the KAL airport bus at Mapo station and just taking 3mins to the hotel. The hotel located in-between Mapo station and Gongdeok station. Both within 5mins walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Quick check-in process and gave me a bigger room of twin beds. There's a wowpass machine on 3/F the reception level. The room was clean and tidy. Nice Sun light in the morning. There's a little table in the room, so I can enjoy my take away food. I felt good during stay at Roynet. However, I still have some recommendations to the hotel for improvement. 1. Shower Head: please try to make tilting angle adjustable. 2. Electronic bidet: please make it less sensitive to the human motion.

One of the most amazing hotels that I’ve ever stayed! Very reasonable price very great location! Very nice room condition, it was very clean and comfortable. And in the bathroom, there’s a small area with mirror is very very convenient for girls to make up. I want to make a good comment on that.  And I want to comment that every single staff that I encounter with was very professional, very helpful and fluent in English, I was surprised and happy! During my stay, I accidentally make the bed sheet dirty which I was very very sorry about that, but they didn’t charge me which I also surprised because with my previous stays, in other hotels, they usually will charge  Even though the breakfast selections was not much, but the breakfast was really delicious and enjoyable. The condition of the restaurant was also very nice! And the first floor they have a coffee shop, which is really convenient for those who stay in hotel and the tourist! In their lobby they also have a small bar who can self service for the beverage. They have coffee and tea that was super nice and surprised for me! The surrounding area was also very convenient and close to the subway station. And also, they are very nice to foreigners,all the floors and all the signs with English and the guide for staying in the hotel are presented in four languages! For those who using wow pass here definitely is a good choice because in their lobby they have one machine which is super super convenient !!  Definitely will recommend Roynet Hotel to everyone ! This is the first time I write such a long comment.I feel very welcomed and warm in here.  And it is very likely for the next time I visiting Seoul again and I will staying here again!

Good location, within walking distance to Gongdeok Station and Mapo Station, it’s also close to the airport bus stop. Compared to Hongdae, Mapo is more quiet but there are plenty of restaurants nearby (Eggdrop is like opposite the road). There is a small Lotte supermarket and Olive Young in the area too. The only drawback is their mattress - found it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel is situated near Mapo Station, which is a city centre and it's convenient to travel everywhere. There is bus no. 6701/6702 (in bus witing area 3) from airport directly to the hotel. Lucky to get upgrade to a Junior suite for my family. The room is big, with 3 beds (2 large & 1 small), a big living room, 2 toilet rooms and a shower room with 2 washbasins. Slippers, toothbruses, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all available. The sockets are international and no adapter is needed. The view is good as it is in 23/F. The staff are bery helpful and can speak English and Chinese. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby and there are even some pubs with many local people drinking there at night. As a hotel in city centre you can't expect there are many facilities such as swimming pool or a big gym room. We still used the self laundry service at KRW5000 for laundry and KRW5000 for drying. Very good experience for us!

Location: Good, easy to come/ go to airport by Airport bus. Surrounded with many restaurants and coffee shop. Cleanliness: Very good Room is perfect for families Staff very kind and attentive

The best of hotel s it location near to metro station. Unfortunately, their breakfast serving with limited choice as not buffet style.
