Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam

The surrounding area is very pleasant, with plenty of dining and drinking options within a 10-minute walk. The room size was just right, and I think I got an upgrade to a higher floor, which made it very quiet. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, well-balanced, and on the lighter side, which was nice. The gym facilities were comprehensive, even with a professional instructor. The pool water was too warm though, which made swimming a bit tiring. Overall, I was very satisfied and will likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Seoul.

The environment was a bit old, and they charged for toiletries. I don't really understand why... for a hotel that costs 2500+ a night, this is a bit odd. The front desk clearly stated there was a fee. Good thing I brought my own, haha, didn't give them a chance to earn my money!

Service: Professional service with multilingual support, and they even accept Alipay, which was a pleasant surprise.

Version 1 (Concise and General): This Jiangnan hotel offered an excellent overall experience. Its prime location made getting around and shopping very convenient. The staff were warm and attentive, providing detailed service. The room environment was comfortable, and I highly recommend staying here. Version 2 (Warm and Heartfelt): The Jiangnan Hotel boasts a superb location, with excellent transport links and dining options nearby. The service throughout was wonderfully gentle and responsive. The stay was comfortable and relaxing, making it a truly reassuring home base during my trip.

The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast is good, but I was very dissatisfied with the room cleaning! Every day, our pajamas were messily thrown onto the table, and even after complaining, it continued. Toiletries and coffee/tea bags in the bathroom were not replenished daily; we had to call to get them delivered, which is unbelievable.

The location is the biggest advantage. It's in the heart of Gangnam, just a few minutes' walk from Sinnonhyeon Station, making it super convenient to get to the Gangnam shopping district, Apgujeong, and COEX. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, so shopping and dining are incredibly easy.

The room size is decent, and there's a pool and lounge. The staff are very friendly, and the environment is clean. Overall, it's a great place. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit Gangnam.

This hotel is located in Gangnam, a very expensive area. It's clearly an older establishment, and while the facilities show their age, they're evidently well-maintained. The price, however, is definitely not cheap.
