I'm impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and services provided during my short stay! I love the room designs; they give off a classy and 5-star hotel vibe. There's an ATM and a 7-11 located around the area, and the Gangnam shopping district is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

front desk has been very helpful and polite, communicable with english, room was clean, the only defect was that there is no door to separate shower area from rest of the toilet area

從地鐵出站到酒店大概有個七分鐘左右的爬坡路。周邊其實沒什麼東西，便利店都有、正對面有一個星巴克。酒店是在一個寫字樓（？）裏，大概其中三層左右是酒店，所以會遇到很多其他的工作人員和社會人士。房間還挺寬敞的，但是衞生打掃的非常不細緻，差評。床單上有污漬不説，水龍頭什麼的水漬都在上面。衞生間的淋浴衹有半個門，也不知道是個什麼設計。整個洗手間衹有一個下水口。不提供免費洗漱用品可以理解，但是怎麼連洗手皂或者洗手液都沒有？酒店須知上寫不允許外帶任何飲料和食品，非常難以理解。如果有這種要求難道不應該在入住前就提前告知嗎？等入住了才説。作為參考，我有在房間吃酸奶和雞蛋，最後也沒有罰款、衞生也正常打掃了，懷疑是針對中國顧客的條款。最後，如果有要趕早班機的不建議選擇這裏，到達最近的機場巴士站台不方便。整體體驗下來還不如亞朵，這個價位完全可以選擇其他酒店。説是新酒店但是根本感受不到。請謹慎選擇入住
