5성급다운곳 롯데월드랑 연결되잇어서 너무나도 가고싶었지만...일때문에 못갓다는게현실.. 시설좋고 직원들친절함

I really liked the hotel, beautiful, stylish, everything in it was thought out. The breakfasts are great, the best. On the top floor there is a Chinese restaurant, where it is very tasty and has a beautiful view 😍 We were with a child and everything was also convenient and thought out for children. We went to Disneyland, tickets from the hotel are cheaper, which is also nice.

I tried to call front desk for more blankets, they just didn’t answer. They are too busy with their own customers like for weddings or whatever… you can’t control your room temperature. I was freezing every night.

These days, most hotels check out at 12 o'clock, but here it is 11 o'clock, which is inconvenient. The soundproofing is not very good, and the twin room feels small because it has a single bed. It is an ordinary hotel that I would never use at this price if it were not for nearby facilities such as Lotte World and Lotte Department Store.

The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. The hotel room is very nice and very spacious. Very friendly staff at the hotel. Has 7-Eleven, and a department store entrance. Overall excellent.

롯데월드를 갔다가 바로 쉴수 있어서 좋았어요. 가격은 사악하지만 즐거운 여행이였습니다.

It was a very nice place as it had satisfactory conditions in all aspects. The swimming pool was a bit disappointing compared to other 5-star hotels. (For skilled swimmers, not for water play = gym feel, no jacuzzi) Moreover, the children's pool was not open, so it was not suitable for a staycation with young children. This may be an advantage when visiting Lotte World or KidZania.

It's a 5-star rating, but it's a shame that toothbrushes are paid.

It was luxurious, comfortable and enjoyable. The spa and swimming pool are impeccable and well-maintained... It's directly connected to Lotte World, so I had a great time at night... I was satisfied with all the food in the lounge... I don't know the name of the person in charge, but I'm very grateful for the kind response. Thank you again. I'm planning a trip.. The spa is great!

Lotte World is a great place to take young children. However, everything was good, but the breakfast was a little disappointing considering the price.
