Been staying at this hotel whenever travelling to Seoul. Their level of standard in terms of hospitality and cleaniness has been impeccable. The location is superb being next to Myeongdong, Subway, and connecting to Lotte Department Store with supermarket/food court.

This truly lives up to its five-star rating. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in Seoul's Myeongdong area. It's literally right outside Exit 8 of Euljiro 1-ga Station on Subway Line 2. Myeongdong shopping is just a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel is integrated with Lotte Duty Free, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. I requested a quiet room when I booked in advance, and they really delivered. The staff, both the young women and men, were impeccably dressed and provided excellent service. Check-in is on the 15th floor, and communication in English was completely smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable, and when you open the curtains, you can see N Seoul Tower. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

This hotel is super convenient, right next to the duty-free shop. The room was really spacious and much better and cleaner than any other hotel I've stayed at in Korea. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. The staff were great, and it was easy to get a taxi. Plus, you can enjoy a drink downstairs in the evening.

The location is super convenient, right by Lotte. You can access the mall directly from the basement, and if you walk across the street, there are plenty of food options and drugstores. It feels like an older, well-established hotel with a certain level of class, but it is showing its age. The hairdryer isn't very powerful and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I thought the room was quite decent. Nothing else really stood out, but it was alright. I'd consider staying again if the price was a bit lower.
