The welcome coffee was good. Free shuttle bus to the airport is very helpful. Rooms were not cleaned well overall.

First book and it's not same hotel which show near T2 other hotel which is 20 minutes drive from T2, room too small and only water pressure is good. Think before take this hotel as near by no food or drink only depend on hotel food which quite pricey. Name of amenity onky soap and small shower or shampoo which is useless.

I arrived at the airport at 1 a.m I arrived at the hotel safely by free shuttle bus at 2. Breakfast was good the next morning. I think it's a perfect hotel to use by plane transfer to the airport to Sanding.

I booked a single room and the size is just right for me to stay for a night. The bed and sheet was ok but I still found hair on the floor and toilet. The hotel provided toilet roll, shampoo and soap. The shuttle bus is available every 2 hours. for Aeropolis to Tune hotel KLIA Terminal 2. You have to book if you plan to use the service instead of grab which I think needed hard to get especially for those who have flights early in the morning. Overall, okay.

A great place for a short stay since it is the cheaper one among the hotel near klia also the room facilities statisfied

Far away from KLIA2 terminal. Do not mistake this hotel for the one right beside the airport! Free shuttle service every 2 hours; takes about 20-25 minutes to/fro from airport. Check-in was easy but our room had such a strong B.O stench and walls were stained. I'd hate to give negative reviews but it's best if they revamp it soon.

I don’t have any photos of the hotel. Anyway, the hotel was a great choice if you are willing to leave early in the morning. It takes only 20 minutes to terminal 2 by shuttle bus arriving every 2 hours for free.

I book this hotel for a 1-night stay as I am taking the transfer flight on next morning. It takes 15 mins drive from airport terminal. The hotel offer shuttle bus very 2 hours...Well, not really useful if the boarding time doesn't fit to the bus schedule. The room is small and not really clean.

Have some distance from airport but got shutter bus is a good choice to airport

It's a good experience. The hotel room was a little cramped but it's okay because I came alone so it's no worry for me. Service was good. Really good food at the cafe nearby. It's great if you want to stay for transit in between flights because they have a shuttle bus that brings you to the other hotel that's near to the airport.

it’s quite a distance away from the KL International Airport. first you need to go to KLIA2 Tune Hotel (mind the confusing unclear signage in KLIA2, going around trying to find it) to take a shuttle bus to Aeropolis. total around 20 minutes bus ride. the shuttle only run every two hours once. between KLIA2 Tune Hotel and KLIA1 there’s express train. if you are travelling from KLIA1 do calculate your time for flight. as the location is rather deserted, i don’t wan to take my chance on grab taxi especially morning 6am. hence i opt for 5am shuttle bus … which defeated the purpose of me getting this hotel room as it is too far away from KLIA1 … hotel building feels like high school hostel. room is basic and extremely tight. at least it’s considerably clean , you get a bed and a shower.
