Room had hair from someone else on the ceiling of the bathroom. Elevator was broken so we had to take stairs to 5th floor late at night with our luggage. Bed was very lumpy and uneven.

Very friendly staff. Room had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and the toilet had a small leak onto the floor. Room 129. We just kept the bathroom door shut and put a towel down in front of the toilet. The sheets are also hot to sleep in. We liked the pillow spray because it masked the smells. The shower was great. Had good water pressure and the soaps were really nice.

It was clean. We had a bad experience. Toilet didn't work 😭 n the first room and the furnace didn't work in the second room.

Our room was on the 5th floor. Got off elevator to an inferno. 82 degrees in hallway. Room was 88 and couldn't get temp down. Ended up having to open window to cool room down. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. 2nd room was on the 1st floor and there were no problems with temp. in that room. Staff could have warned us that the top floor was going to be HOT!

Really enjoyed staying here. Snow storm left us with no option but to stop for the night and I’m glad this classy establishment was an option. Really beautiful hotel

This is an excellent location right next to the Vance Thompson Eye Clinic since we were there for eye surgery for 2 days in a row.

I had a really nice experience. The weather was unfortunate for me, so I couldn't really enjoy the view, but I loved having a room that overlooked the river! The location was so nice and convenient. The room was very comfortable and the staff was always nice, helpful, and reliable. I loved the fitness center - I never felt crowded and I loved the treadmills. I have no complaints!

Great location. Looks out on the river. Beautiful place. Great hotel. Food was excellent at the Chophouse!!
