The rooms are simple and small (as most Ibis). Separated shower and WC. The rooms are quiet and efficient. The staff was great, our sink was not draining so someone came to try to unplug it. It did not work but at least they did pus the effort. The location is nearby the highway, near Getafe Costco.

We have stayed in a few Ibis hotels in the past so we had an idea of what to expect....or not! As usual nowhere to sit and 1 towel each but the room was clean. We would happily give a higher rating but our sleep was severely impacted by the lack of fan or air con. We had to leave the window open for airflow and were stuck with traffic noise and mosquito bites. The only possibly of airflow was heat because it was not yet the end of May.... hmmm.

The receptionists are the stupidest people I have ever met in my life, apparently they have a hard time being friendly and can't smile. I just went down to breakfast and I asked him for a Nespreso coffee (paying for it separately) and he told me no, that I have to drink rat killer coffee from the breakfast buffet machine. Also with bad forms. Terrible deal, if the business were mine they would already be on the street.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Madrid, very close to the motorway. Friendly staff, breakfast with the essentials and quality. Simple but clean rooms. Good price . Shopping and outlet close by. I recommend the visit.

The treatment they have given me and my family has been humiliating, to say the least. They have treated us as if we were criminals. From the beginning I have tried to register my 13 year old daughter into the room with us. And they tell us that this is not possible because the regulations of the community of Madrid do not allow it, despite it being a double bed with an extra bed, as indicated in the photo. And the solution they give is to hire another additional room, which I categorically refuse. The proof that this is a lie is the image I attached

Hello travelers, I stayed at this hotel for only one night for an express trip to the area. It has what you need, comfortable room, correct breakfast and large parking area in the surrounding area. The hotel staff is very correct and professional.

Las habitaciones del hotel dejan que desear. No tienen armario. El baño está dividido en un habitáculo con el vater (con una puerta que no se cierra con pomo) y una placa ducha junto a la cama. Las vistas de la ventana daban a un polígono industrial. El buffet tenía lo básico de dulce y salado, pero para pocos días es llevadero. Es un hotel bastante retirado de Madrid. Como parte positiva, todo estaba bastante limpio y la atención del personal fue buena.
