Despite this unexpected situation and our request to move the reservation to another day, the hotel refused any form of cooperation or flexibility. We had to pay the full amount, without any compensation. Very disappointing that there was so little understanding and customer focus in this situation. Make sure you read your cancellation policy carefully, because there seems to be little room for unforeseen circumstances. Definitely not a place we would book again in the future!"

Starting with the restaurant and the team there, Claudio is an exceptional person, very attentive and professional, always radiating positive energy—a true pleasure. His partner, Vicenta, is an absolute sweetheart, very attentive and professional. The food was delicious, homemade and high-quality, with generous portions and a menu offering a variety of options. A special shout-out to the cook for her excellent work. As for the rooms, they were perfectly adequate, with the essentials: a desk, television, Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly, air conditioning, and very clean rooms, which were also cleaned daily.
