When I checked in, Starry was very kind. I asked for a late checkout and she gave it to me free of charge. I was also upgraded room free of charge which was very nice. I wasn’t overly sure on the amenities the hotel had (pool etc). The room was very clean with a lovely large bed. Good wifi, big TV, water in room, optional mini bar. I ordered some room service for lunch and it was very nice and came within a good time. All staff were very kind. I had a takeout delivered to the hotel and someone (I didn’t get her name) was very kind and helped me on her own phone to lick it up as I didn’t know how to do it. Would definitely stay again!

I’ve always loved this hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful, location great, and rooms are comfortable. They were renovating on my last stay so some areas were very loud and disturbing. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Hongqiao airport and Hongqiao station (subway too). The subway station is in walking distance, about 10 ~ 15 minutes on foot. The hotel looks so new and everyting was clean. Breakfast is, I personally think, just good enough. Not bad. Actually, it was not so superior to other 5 star hotels. I guess, there are a lot of 4 star hotels in Shanghai which provide better breakfast buffet.

March is a good time for outings, so I decided to pick a weekend and take the whole family to Qingpu for two days. We booked a parent-child room, which was just right for our three adults and one child. We also booked a superior king-size room for my parents-in-law. The front desk staff also helped upgrade the room type and arranged the two rooms on the same floor. The Elsa-themed parent-child room in the main building is a little thinner than the Crown parent-child room we stayed in before, but it is enough for a 4-year-old child to stay for one night, especially since there is a pet paradise, outdoor playground and a small indoor playground downstairs. , absolutely fulfilling for children. The breakfast variety is a little less, but there is no problem in eating full. The surrounding supporting environment is also good. When the children are older, they will come to the Qingpu Museum opposite to check in. They will change to a parent-child theme room and check in again.

I took my family out to play. The hotel environment is good and has a New Year atmosphere. The staff greet you warmly and the service is very good. The breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was very fresh. During the Chinese New Year, you can eat Shanghai pan-fried buns, Xuhang steamed cakes and other very unique Shanghai delicacies. The chef inside is very polite and takes the initiative to introduce the names of the dishes. There must be many varieties of breakfast. The restaurant staff will remove the items from the table promptly. The restaurant also has a place for children to play. Overall feeling good! recommend

There is not one of the best hotels in Jinshan area. Although it is the listing of holiday inn, the actual hardware is not inferior to CP. The view of the room is also very good. A relatively new hotel with few people and good hardware. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are separated into wet and dry areas. There is a bathtub and a large bottle of Borghese. It is environmentally friendly. The little brother and sister are very kind, and the breakfast is very rich for the price. The location is a flaw. It is far away from the subway station, and you have to walk a distance for the bus. There are few buses, and there are still construction sites around. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the subway station and Qiantan Business District in the morning. It is less than 2km away from the ENT Hospital and Renji Hospital. It is very convenient to take a taxi or just walk. It is very deserted and a bit scary at night.

We came here for staycation. Kids Corner was the best part of our trip, to be fair with this rating... Now to the minus points: - breakfast was not good. Variety yes, but not tasty at all. - you are not allow to swim without swim cap, there is no notice on the page. We were very disappointed. 😞 - pool for kids was not in use, there a lot of hanging clothes over there. - hotel signage was weird to show that there is a direct connection between 'the plaza' at B1 and the hotel. But the truth is there is no direct connection between hotel and the plaza, you need to walk to the pyramid. Staffs (more than one) have no clue what is on the direction board on the entrance. - don't ask for baby crib. You will get the crib but no mattress. There was just the crib, blanket and a pillow. However, we can see the friendliness of staff, although they could not communicate in English. Receptions (Hotel and N Club) were very friendly and helpful. Room was big, and as mentioned playground for children were are good experience at this trip. A bit disappointed of crowne plaza with this standard...

The overall service of the hotel is very good. I am very satisfied with everything. I reported my car number to the concierge and parked for free. The front desk service was also very good. I would like to praise the concierge Xiaofan for being very enthusiastic and give me a five-point praise. Next to the hotel is Paris Printemps, with two parks opposite.
