Exceeded my expectations! The rooms are fully padded, and the attention to detail is impressive. It's fully equipped with smart services, and both the environment and facilities are brand new. They even have the Orange Hotel's unique toiletries and complimentary candies that were absolutely delicious. It's fantastic, thumbs up!

The hotel's location is excellent, and cleanliness wasn't an issue. However, the facilities had some significant drawbacks. The bathroom door was very problematic; the toilet and shower shared the same glass door, which was extremely difficult to slide and very inconvenient (as shown in the picture). There were too few power outlets, making charging devices a hassle. The light switches weren't clearly marked, and the night light shone directly into your eyes. Regarding service, the younger male front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional. When I checked in, I wasn't the only guest, and he was impatient and impolite with everyone, not using any basic pleasantries. He also didn't inform me about any of the hotel's facilities; I had to find the laundry room myself later. At one point, a hotel call came in to the female staff member opposite him. She wasn't sure about the situation, hung up, and then asked the male staff member, who directly mocked the guest who had called for inquiries – that was completely out of line. He also made a point of pretending to be busy with other things (even though guests could see his screen and he clearly wasn't busy) before grudgingly responding to guest requests. Although the hotel's physical amenities aren't a major issue, I will not be staying here again due to the service attitude. Being next to a university, I'm sure they won't miss one guest.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and there are many places to eat around. The room was clean, tidy and quiet.

However, the experience was truly awful – chaotic service, no parking, and the room wasn't ready even after an hour-long wait. Arriving past 8 PM, I still couldn't check in, so I reluctantly canceled the reservation. Fortunately, I found Fraser Place Serviced Apartments at the last minute. Although a bit pricier, it exceeded all my expectations in every way: ✅ Convenient Location: Less than three kilometers from Xinhua Hospital, making it easy to get there by taxi or car. ✅ Pet-Friendly: Allows small dogs, which is fantastic for families traveling with pets. ✅ Free Parking: The hotel has its own parking lot, and you just register your license plate for free parking during your stay – very convenient. ✅ Well-Equipped: Rooms come with a washing machine, microwave, range hood, etc., making it suitable for both short and long stays, feeling just like home. ✅ Excellent Service: Even checking in after 10 PM, the front desk was quick to respond and professional, a world apart from my previous experience at Home Inn. This experience truly made me realize that when choosing a hotel, you can't just look at proximity and how new it is; service and amenities are key. If you're also traveling with a pet for medical treatment or need a long-term stay, I highly recommend this place. Spending a little extra is worth the peace of mind and convenience. Recommended for: Families with pets, medical escorts, medium to long-term stays, and self-driving travelers who need parking.

I won't talk about the facilities in the house. The so-called windows are too good. The most uncomfortable thing is the sound insulation. There is no sound insulation at all. You can hear every little sound from the next door. Very clearly. There is also a musty smell when you enter.

I came to Fudan University to study and checked in for four nights. Upon check-in, I realized the room was incredibly small, so I paid an additional 120 yuan for a slightly larger room. The room size, location, and amenities were all acceptable, and the toilet and bathroom were separate. On my first day, I noticed a foul odor in both the toilet and bathroom. On my last night, while showering, I discovered tiny black maggots crawling on the bathroom floor. The next morning, I saw several more black maggots crawling on the bathroom floor. They must have crawled up from the bathroom drain. I originally filmed a short video, but the maggots were so disgusting, I won't share it with everyone.

I stayed here while attending a paper sculpting event. The room was conveniently located near the office building where the event was held and Wujiaochang. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were a nice touch, and overall, the place was pretty clean. There was a wide variety of food delivery options available, which was great. However, the street directly facing the hotel was under construction, and the noise continued rumbling on until the early hours of the morning, which was incredibly annoying.

The boss is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage. The room is also very clean and tidy and well equipped. There is free mineral water in the room. I am still very satisfied. I will choose to come to your home next time.

Recently, I stayed at the Breath Tree Hotel with my family and the overall experience was very satisfactory! First of all, the room is spacious and the layout is reasonable. The room is equipped with a comfortable big bed, the bedding is clean and soft, it is very comfortable to sleep, and the children especially like it. Health is also very good, the room and bathroom are very clean and tidy, the toiletries are complete, and the details are in place. The service is impeccable, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. The hotel also provides a free buffet breakfast with a wide variety. Finally, the price is very high! Compared with hotels at the same price, the hotel's rooms are better than facilities, services and comfort, and are definitely the first choice for family travel. In short, the room we stayed in the hotel this time made our whole family very satisfied and highly recommended to families with children! I will definitely choose here next time I travel!

The price is indeed cheap for Shanghai, but the room is very small, in fact, it can be upgraded. After all, in Shanghai, the room is better, and the price is more expensive, and many people choose to live.
