環境好，衞生乾淨，住起來挺安心的，服務周到滿意，交通便利，出行都很方便，周邊小吃也多，小吃一條街，旁邊就是江濱路。

原本想着是老牌酒店特意選了上杭大酒店，結果同一件房間的兩個人都出現皮膚問題，最嚴重的全身起泡，之前也從來沒有出現過這種情況，凌晨兩三點跑去醫院打吊瓶，酒店處理態度敷衍，一直強調和他們沒有關係。身為當地人都能遇到這種情況，簡直影響上杭形象。

酒店服務員還是可以的，但隔音實在太差。剛好又遇到一班沒素質的家長住客。晚上十點還在兩間客房之間來回奔跑，弄得噪音很大，睡在客服裏感覺整個樓板在振動，小孩在走廊大喊大叫。和家長反應還是沒有改善。可能酒店走廊沒有監控反正酒店方面沒有做出任何動作。

手動差評。入住的時候，問了房間是不是盡頭的，前台説不是。上樓一看，就是盡頭的。打電話要求換，説不能換，沒房了。不想住標間，要換大床房，前台又告知我訂的就是標間，不能換大床。找出大床房訂單給對方看，前台才給換大床房，連一句對不起都沒有。態度全程垃圾，服務徹底沒有。
保潔的房間打掃僅限於倒垃圾，床鋪絕對不幫忙整理。一輩子拉黑這個酒店，徹底不住了。

攜程客服熱情耐心細緻，有問必答，我請求提前入住，客服及時和酒店溝通並通知客户，我很滿意。酒店房間很寬敞、服務員非常周到、我請求延遲退房，周董事長交帶江總和總枱服務員滿足了我的請求。比較晚回房，請客房服務員代買兩瓶礦泉水，她給我免費，有點不好意思了哈。整體感覺入住上杭人酒店非常滿意👍

整體上都很不錯 離江濱路及網紅瓦子街 都很近 但是 部分空間煙味很重 餐廳的餐點挺豐富的 一桌宴席 十多道菜 這次最好吃的是紅燒羊肉 蒸蛋等 太多菜色了只挑了愛吃的其他沒記住
