本來天氣涼，有點小感冒，想着洗個熱水澡，洗到一半，沐浴露打了，沒水了，鬱悶。打電話給前台，溝通了半天，15分鐘左右才來水，這下感冒更嚴重了，洗完澡才看到衞生間角落的兩個煙頭，電話前台叫來了服務員，服務員説不要投訴，她會個前台説，會給我一個滿意的答案。退房7個小時了，沒有人和我溝通，差評。以後再也不來這個酒店了。

另外床單被單之類好好讓洗的店洗洗，好幾次遇到枕頭或者床單被單有污漬……
