沒想到智選假日的品質如此參差，攜程網上那些差評居然全是真的，地段偏僻，附近沒什麼吃的，房間狹窄，窗户是封死的，不通風，所以空氣很差，有小蟲子飛來飛去，我打死了兩衹，還看到廁所也有飛來飛去。廁所返臭，水温不夠熱，洗澡水去得很慢都要溢出去了。設備老舊，門縫特別大，隔音差，附近幾個房間那個開門關門都清清楚楚。牆壁有臟東西，毛巾又黃又舊，雖然我不用，但看着就覺得不舒服。本來訂了兩晚，實在受不了，第二天就退房了。作為洲際的會員，我是充滿誠意的建議，請正視這些意見。下圖就是我打死的小蟲子。

1207和1208房間一晚上都被風吹動牆外那根燈條的毫無規律的敲擊聲折磨着，根本睡不好，一開始我們都以為是對方房間發出的聲音，簡直難以入睡！忍無可忍互相敲牆才發現其實是外面的燈條鬆動了！跟酒店反饋，他們也沒能馬上解決這個問題，我們提出換房間，前台表示已經客滿換不了了，我強烈懷疑是因為我們當天晚上10:30左右入住的，住的晚，所以把最差的房間給我們了！這種房間根本無法獲得正常休息好嘛？！第二天在樓下觀察到這個燈條就是敲擊最上面四層的07和08房間中間的外牆面，這幾個房間應該都是受影響的，為什麼不能儘早解決呢？！以後住頂上四層07和08房的千萬要注意了，如果燈條還沒修好絕對絕對不要去住！

客房乾淨衞生，房間裏面三區分離；金可兒床墊睡覺很舒服；軟硬雙枕，特別人性化；早餐也不錯，還有特色的胡辣湯；大廳比較氣派，一樓還有24小時營業的便利店，重點是平價，個別商品比外面還便宜，很很方便[呲牙]；前台小姑娘服務也特別好，熱情，給升級了房間，感謝這個小姑娘；下次到這還選這家店[強]

房間很乾凈，空間很大，還有一個大沙發，也能躺一趟，衞生間佈局合理，洗手枱與衞浴分開，很科學，給入住者帶來很多方便，礦泉水隨意自取，電梯裏還有消毒濕巾，前台服務很好，很熱情周到，周邊環境好方便，停車場也挺大，不錯的住宿體驗。

我們是旅遊來商丘的，首先位置，特別好找，下了高速一路向西就找到了，招牌也特別醒目；
前台小姑娘服務也特別好，耐心的給我們講解了古城怎麼遊玩以及周邊景點，特別棒[強]
客房呢，也寬敞整潔，衞生也很乾凈，看我們有兩位長者，免費給升級了標間，視野也很開闊
早餐種類也比較豐富，牛奶雞蛋麪包，還有特色的胡辣湯
以後有機會到商丘，還是入住這一家[強]

位置優越，停車方便，有地上和地下停車場，自駕便利。早餐還算豐富。服務較周到，安排的無煙房。房間設施一般，衞生有待改善，紗窗已經黑得快看不見外面了。

第一印象環境不好，門口又亂又臟，酒店大堂、電梯裏哪都舊舊的，不像假日酒店的樣子。優點是房間面積大，床品、熱水都不錯，也衹有這些還能感受確實是假日酒店。早餐廳也是衞生問題讓人困擾，每張桌子、每把椅子都滿是油漬。附近通宵有重型機械施工，噪音很大，休息不好。

位置：旁邊吾悦廣場，商丘古城，博物館，應天書院很近，開車幾分鐘
服務：前台小妹妹很熱情，介紹了周邊景區，帶的海鮮還送到了冷庫保管
環境：大廳很氣派，便利店，商務區，辦公桌，沙發都有，還提供瓶裝水熱水
配套：洗衣房，健身房，乾衣機，茶室，會議室都有，廚師做飯很好吃，
