價格：82米
內部環境：隔音不好。早上被吵醒！
外部環境：主幹道旁邊夜深了才能安靜，
網絡：一般，有斷網現象。
特點：送水果，送洗澡票
全屋智能也衹是體現在窗簾和燈上。廁所的燈還有點問題。廁所沒有發現衞生紙。
