The hotel is situated in a central location. The staff are absolutely the gem of the hotel, they are friendly, helpful and accommodating - they helped us with taxis and information at all times. The facilities are clean, well kept and well maintained. I absolutely loved the tea set in the rooms and enjoyed the fresh fruits. Your hotel contributed in making our stay in Jiangxi a great memory!

The hotel is in the city center next to the fruit shop, bakery and pedestrian street. It is very convenient to walk to Wanda Plaza for about 1 km. Check in at the front desk of the hotel and the tea service is very good. As a Duo fan, I definitely have a sofa room in terms of room equipment. The inner size is moderate and very comfortable. I will choose Atour next time.

I want to tell you something that I think is very simple and ridiculous. I bought an extra breakfast coupon when I checked into the hotel, but I missed the breakfast time the next day because I was very tired. When I checked out, I asked for a refund for the breakfast fee. The front desk agreed and said that the POS machine settles the payment every day, so it cannot be refunded on the same day. Later, I added WeChat and said that they would process the refund as soon as possible. As a result, there was no response from December 24 to January 6. Is it so difficult to refund only 40 yuan? This is the attitude of the service staff. I will not stay in Atour again.
