I was forced to sleep without a quilt cover for a night. 2. The next day, I called the front desk and notified them to send two bottles of water. The front desk staff said with a bad attitude: It exceeds the standard. If you want to send water, you will be charged 2 yuan per bottle. I asked the front desk on the phone: What is the standard for each room? I have booked five rooms in total? The front desk said: It exceeds the standard. After that, there was no follow-up and they hung up directly. Summary: I have stayed at the Walton Hotel for several years. For the first time, I was confused by the work attitude of the front desk. The hotel lobby staff had no service awareness at all and their attitude was also very bad...

The hotel is great, the facilities are new, the service is good, and the room service saw my two babies and brought baby slippers. After breakfast, I was ready to pay for two eggs to take away, but the restaurant staff said I didn't have to pay and helped us pack two eggs in a bag.

Secondly, the hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the layout is reasonable. It should be newly opened. The breakfast here is quite rich, the variety and taste are good, and I will consider staying in this hotel again if I have the chance.

The price-performance ratio is not high. The prices are relatively high in the small county of Shangyou. At the same time, the practice of increasing prices during holidays is abominable!

The standard room I booked is very cost-effective, less than 300 with breakfast. And the room is very large with a small balcony. The bed is neither soft nor hard, which is more friendly for people who sit for a long time and drive long distances. If you bring children, there is no problem. Every time I go to Shangyou for business, I book this hotel. It is a very good hotel with good breakfast and rooms. There is just no gym. It would be perfect if there was one. The service staff is very enthusiastic and even gave me a free room upgrade.
