They were very helpful and accommodating. They answered our questions and were very patient with us because we don't know Mandarin.

非常熱情的民宿，整個入住過程愉快且放心，首先下了車就有前台接待並一路帶領我們走進房間，其次映入眼簾的房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，也是有問必答，還可以幫忙訂滑雪票，不用提前在網上訂很方便，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！!!

這家酒店的服務非常值得稱讚的，員工們非常熱情友好，讓人有好感。並且很少有酒店會有三張單人床的房間床型，一進酒店一樓的裝修很有自己獨特的風格，酒店的設施也非常完備，房間乾淨舒適，入住體驗非常好。

酒店的整體服務十分好！我很挑剔的一個人也感覺做的十分好！前台服務熱情，房間裏都擺放着免費飲用水，一次性拖鞋，一次性牙刷等等一次性的物品，這些細節很讓人感動！整體感受五顆星！

酒店獨特的設計，我很鐘意，一進門，就有前台工作人員親切的接待，條件允許的情況下還可以提前辦理入住，正是我所需要的。前台人員無微不至的關心，耐心專業的講解周邊的娛樂項目和幫我們規劃路線，並且可以幫忙買優惠的門票和免費的接送服務，房間也是寬敞，側面有小飄窗和陽台，可以看到滑雪場最高的山頂，透光性很好，整潔，簡直耳目一新，床也十分舒適，房間是地暖的設計，外地來的朋友放心來住，不用擔心冷的問題，簡直就是殿堂級的享受。最後又給我們叫了出租車，太貼心了！真心不錯，真的入住了左右客讓人感受到其他酒店沒有的感覺很踏實！簡直貼心啊，以後還會經常住這樣的酒店，

意外的驚喜，酒店的後面有一個小樹林，很喜歡這種一大片有雪的空地，老闆也非常熱情。主要是離雪場很近，而且還可以幫忙代買票和介紹周圍娛樂設施，玩的非常盡興。並且去任何地方來回都有免費接送，真是太方便了。
