Our hotel experience was truly enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, impeccable service, and cleanliness. A special mention goes to the ladies at the reception who went above and beyond, assisting with our activity bookings and arranging a complimentary drop-off at Yabuli station. The hotel's superb food further enhanced the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel restaurant staff deserves a commendation too – they are exceptionally nice and friendly, ensuring they genuinely enhance our overall stay with their warm and welcoming service.

Perfectly acceptable hotel for a couple of nights around Yabuli. Staff were very nice and accommodating and can organize skiing etc. no problems. They also arranged the pick and drop off at the Yabuli West station which worked amazing to Harbin. We were in a family room (kids 9 and 11) and got the Peppa Pig suite which was amusing, clean and cosy. Could do with some wall hooks in the rooms for ski clothes, towels etc. Reception should light their gas fire to make it more welcoming! Around the hotel there’s not much but some good restaurants if you search. Breakfast was good for a local breakfast.

Forest Holiday Resort Hotel is in Qingyun Town and near many activities such as skiing, horse drawn sleighs and hot springs. The staff was also available to help with suggestions, tickets, and bookings during our stay which was a huge help considering that we don't speak much Chinese.
While the room was also comfortable and clean, the main negatives were the central heating being too high in evenings and rooms not being cleaned during our stay. However, these were minor issues in a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
