離庫木塔格沙漠開車15分鐘，有自己的停車場，停車方便，但沒有早餐，旁邊有家牛肉麪味道不錯，價格實惠。酒店沒有電梯，如果住在後樓需要來回上下樓梯比較麻煩，房間衞生可以，但是三人間少一個牀頭櫃，另外浴室洗澡下水不好，一洗就成池塘

在鄯善天誠酒店住了一個星期左右，位置優越，出門就有各種吃飯的地方，景點庫木塔很近，房間性價比超高，乾淨衞生，配置也完善，酒店老闆和服務員很熱情，一次非常愉快的住宿，不過因為疫情原因，聯繫大家入住前提前聯繫一下酒店，詢問相關情況。

房間裏有蒼蠅 蚊子 蟑螂 樓下是飯店的廚房一直嗡嗡響。沒有電梯 要去到地下走很長的廊道 然後爬樓梯去二樓 服務人員工作帶情緒 導致我大半夜來回吧枱 這是我自駕遊15天住過最差的一個店。

儘管硬件設施方面稍顯不足，但服務覺得給贊，沒有電梯🛗，保安小姐姐比較瘦小，但二話不説拎起我們的大箱子就往3樓送，再次感謝！前台熱情主動詢問有什麼需求，房間衞生、卧具也很乾凈，熱水沖。停車方便免費。酒店出來就是警務所，絕對安全。

第一天入住腳在工地上受傷了，前台姐姐專門給我拿了葯水送上來，包括打掃衞生的阿姨知道我腳受傷後都特別照顧我拿了葯，這次新疆鄯善之行，讓我很感動，從來沒有想過一個酒店的工作人員可以這麼熱情，這麼照顧的。就跟老家裡的鄰居一樣，那麼親切自然。太感動了，大愛新疆人民！！

酒店地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。房間温馨，間很寬敞，裝飾的很精緻，服務很用心，房型也很舒服。隔音效果不錯，很安逸。人無比舒心，給我營造了一種家的感覺。入住體驗非常滿意，還親自到北站接站。還給我們提供了很多旅行建議。酒店還貼心的給我們準備了礦泉水，水果之類的。房間衞生很好，非常乾淨。有什麼問題打電話給她們都很快幫我們解決，非常滿意，必須有給好評。
