I found nail clipping of previous guest on the carpet which suggested that the room was not vaccumed as part of cleaning process. Glasses in the drawer were very smudged and foggy - had to wash before using. I used a mug to make tea, next day the mug was not replaced but was put back next to the kettle with the paper lid replaced on it. The pool was not separated into sections or lanes so I was unable to use it due to many children taking up the entire space. Sauna was not working with no explanatory note as to why. Unfortunately smoking is allowed indoors and people were smoking in the breakfast dining hall. The room service food was low quality

I'm traveling with Sanwa, so I booked a parent-child room. The room layout is very warm, and the children especially like it.
The hotel lobby has a red theme layout, you can put on the clothes of the Red Army and wear an octagonal hat to take pictures, which is pretty good👍
