房間床很舒服，有陽台，整體環境不錯，早餐乾淨、衞生，酒店前台服務熱情。非常影響心情的是打掃衞生姓何那女的，打掃續住衞生時，在換垃圾袋時故意把臟兮兮的垃圾桶圈甩到在桌子我護膚品上，我住好幾天才換被套，她在換被套時旁邊的沙發、桌子、牀頭櫃都可以放，她偏要往我電腦上放。感覺她就是心裏**，住客的東西擺在哪裡，她就非要擠着往住客東西上放垃圾桶圈和被子。垃圾桶圈能放桌子上嗎？她連常識都不懂，希望酒店對此能給予批評教育，好好教一下她怎麼打掃衞生。

我是從邵武出去工作的人，這次回老家掃墓，住在晟豐城市酒店，這家酒店所在的地理位置相當好，在城市中心，酒店客房窗下就是富屯溪，溪邊的林蔭道是市民散步的好去處，晚上10點左右，夜景燈光熄滅後，住處非常寧靜、好眠，還有，這家酒店的工作人員態度都很好，幾次打電話過去問詢，他們都熱心解答、幫助我留溪邊的客房，謝謝啦！！早餐也非常實惠、可口，他家的稀飯很好喝，豆漿是豆漿機現打的，豆香味濃郁，就連他家的保潔阿姨素質也是很高的。下次再回去的話，還會再去住，到時候，我還是會要溪邊的客房！！

房間及前台客服都很不錯，唯一讓人很不滿意的是早餐服務，還在桌上吃，收拾餐桌的大爺就冷不丁説一句“快點吃，後面來的人沒位置坐了”，沒位置是我的問題麼？不是你們準備的不足麼？每次雞蛋就上那麼幾個，還説怎麼那麼快就沒了！以為誰都連吃帶拿的呀，真是無語
