Yunhe Yebo Hotel (Shaoxing LuXun Guli Ying'en men ) Reviews

The connecting rooms are perfect for family trips. The rooms are quite clean, and there were welcome fruits and drinks. The service was very attentive and warm, and they even had a driver for station transfers. It's also close to attractions, usually a 10-20 minute taxi ride away. The surroundings are very quiet.

Staying at Yunhe Yepo Hotel was a delightful experience; the service was exceptionally thoughtful. Nearby, you'll find the Ying'en Gate Ancient City Wall and Shuijie (Water Street). After dinner, a leisurely stroll there, enjoying the breeze, felt incredibly relaxing. The hotel also offers a self-service breakfast restaurant with a rich and varied selection that was very tasty. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained.

The service was excellent. The breakfast was a buffet with steamed buns, noodles, rice vermicelli, hot dishes, and cold dishes. Everything was very clean. They also offer a free shuttle service, but you need to book it in advance. This is my 4th stay here and it's always great.

The room details were excellent, and they even provided lovely fragrant soap and moisturizing facial soap. These made my kids smell wonderful after their baths. The breakfast had a great variety, and the service was top-notch. Plus, there's a gym with treadmills, which was a nice bonus!

The room was quite spacious with a nice river view outside. The service was very thoughtful, and the facilities were complete, including a washing machine and dryer which were very useful. The room was clean upon check-in, and the breakfast was delicious. They also thoughtfully informed us about some simple hotel details during check-in, which was excellent.

I had a great experience staying in the king-size bed room! The room was clean and bright, and the bed was quite soft, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I specifically chose a room with a terrace, which offered a view of the ancient city wall at Ying'en Gate.

This is the first time I've encountered such dirty water coming from the shower. I called the front desk, and they told me to let the water run for a bit, but it was still the same even after that. Am I paying to waste my time cleaning your pipes? Shouldn't you have prepared this beforehand? It's absolutely disgusting.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's shuttle service was incredibly convenient, saving a lot of hassle with transportation. The staff were all very enthusiastic throughout my stay; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any issues. The room was spacious and bright, and they thoughtfully arranged one with a balcony, which made the stay feel much less confined. The breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety of tasty options. Upon check-out, I even received a thoughtful souvenir, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the service was very heartwarming, and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers a shuttle service, which was a great relief when traveling with luggage. Just outside is the Ying'en Gate Water Street, and the night view is especially beautiful in the evening, making for a very pleasant stroll. Taking a taxi to Lu Xun's former residence was also very convenient, as it's not far, making it easy to visit various attractions. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Shaoxing, and I'd be happy to choose it again next time.

I've been staying at Yunhe Yebo Hotel for several days in a row, and the service has been exceptionally good. They gave us a room with a super large terrace near Ying'en Gate, so we could see the ancient city wall of Ying'en Gate at night. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and helped us plan our travel itinerary and recommended restaurants worth trying. Plus, they offer train station pick-up and drop-off, which is fantastic!

Excellent hospitality! They free upgraded my room and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. They offer free shuttle service to/from train station, feel free to contact them if you need. A day before check in, the staff even remember to confirm if I need a ride from train station. Breakfast is decent

The breakfast selection was extensive and the value for money was excellent! The room was also very comfortable and spacious. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all very helpful. The only minor issue was that the TV's screen mirroring function wasn't working very well.
