衞生不是很好，還有別人丟的煙頭。服務一般，到店後，剛開始説沒有房了，然後我就找客服，商家害怕賠償就又説有房。

被子被單潮濕，被單和枕頭上都有黃色污漬，睡覺都不敢脱衣服，廁所門是壞的，進門就是廁所味，浴室裏的毛巾上全是黃色斑點，根本不敢用
