Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport

Because the early flight so decided to stay at radisson blue which few minutes to the airport, the food is quite good.

Thé Radisson Blu hotel at East Midlands airport is simply amazing! It is clean, comfortable and welcoming throughout and the rooms spotless and spacious. Some rooms look directly over the runway! The staff are helpful, efficient and friendly. Parking is easy and accessible. Add to all this a spacious pool and sauna to relax in and you have a fantastic hotel.

I find the hotel does what it says on the package. However there were 2 things that let the hotel down were: 1 of the lift failed on numerous occations to accept my key card to select my floor. There were 4 people in the lift and none of the key cards worked. A guest said it has been like this for some time And Secondly, when i arrived numerous people were smoking in front of the entrance so you had to walk through their cigarette smoke. As there was no ashtray they stubbed out their cigarette on the floor so going out you walk over cigarette stubbs. The management can easily fix both issues

Overnight stay in a comfortable bed, the room was very clean and had all the facilities I would expect with simple heating control. The buffet style breakfast was cooked just how I like it and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Second stay here at Christmas and despite the Hotel being busy we had a wonderful stay. The room was great and the pool access much appreciated. The Gym and Pool is a very good facility. Thank you, we'll be back.
