The hotel is very good for a family vacation. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are beautiful, cleaned every day. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea. The staff is friendly, children's animations are cool, most of all I liked the aqua make-p for children, the child was happy. I recommend it!

Awesome! Paradise! The architecture of all buildings is a magnificent pleasant eye. The decoration is the most modern new very high level. We are having the best time and Amreid especially made us feel special and amazing service ,he made sure we had drinks and our table was very clean.He is very friendly and made us feel welcome overall this experience is going amazing :)

An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

I stayed in this hotel in March 2024 for 10 nights. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi drive from the airport and close to everything only 20 minutes away from Soho Square and about 30 minutes from Nama Bay. If you go out the hotel there are some shops to look around and a few restaurants. The hotel is amazing reception is lovely & the reception staff were welcoming Mr Sayed Essam Room Divison Manager was great made sure we had everything we needed during our stay when ever we seen him around the hotel he always asked how things were and if we were enjoying ourselves nothing was too much trouble for him always there with a smile making sure we had a comfortable stay. Our room was fantastic very spacious large walk in shower it has a hairdryer in the bathroom and a mini fridge with stocked with water and a large TV it was cleaned every day to a very high standard, as was the whole hotel it was spotless. Lots of different pools for you to choose from you can have a quiet holiday or an active one. The pools are kept clean and have life guards on all of them Mohamed Mazen is great around the pool if you need a sun shade or another cushion he is there to help. Water slides are good for all ages and there are 2 pools with children’s slides also there is a child’s play area. Crazy Golf, table tennis and pool tables. The food is good something for everyone it can get quite busy in the restaurants the guys in there will help you find a seat you can just walk around picking what you want from fresh pizzas, pastas, salads, soups, different meats and children’s food. Essan in the restaurant is fantastic. Good selection of food for breakfast eggs, cereal, fruit and lots more. Dinner in the Club Mac is good for a snack Burgers, Pizzas, Fries and salads. I would recommend you visit the White elephant it’s really lovely food and Abdula in there is brilliant very attentive. Lots of different bars to choose from and the guys are great always very busy but never stop smiling again they go over and beyond to make sure you are ok. Sayed Arab, Ashraf Elsherbeny, Osama, Mostafa, Mahmoud Saad, Mohammed Ossam, Ahmed Hamdy far too many to mention these are just a few they are outstanding. Lovely coffee bar in the lobby. I visited the Spa and had a massage it was very good I would recommend. The hotel has a large jetty you can sun bathe on or stroll down and dive off the end if you don’t want to dive in you can see the fish as you walk down it’s a lovely walk. A big thank you to Sabry Sabry lovely man and again always makes sure you have everything you need to have a great holiday. We have booked again for June and January 2025 with friends.

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

Room: The room is a sea view room, very beautiful, just right to watch the sunrise, which is why I choose to live here. Environment: There is no business going out here. If you don’t order three meals, you can only go to the restaurant to pay for yourself. Travel: If you need to travel, you can book a rental or hotel official car here, but the price is very expensive. There is no Uber in Sharm El Sheikh, and the travel fee is very expensive. Beach: There are fewer people on the beach here, and the corals are not as beautiful as those in places with diving shops. We went to the diving shop to experience it. There are a lot of people there, and it is very lively. The restaurants outside are also very convenient, and the price is reasonable. Cheap. Hygiene: The next day the waiter made us a bath towel and liked it very much. However, there is a pimple under the quilt. I don’t feel very comfortable. I’m more picky. In addition, there is a small blanket in the middle of the quilt. It is not put in a suit, but two sheets are sandwiched. I have stayed in quite a lot of Novotels in various countries and this one was scraping the barrel despite its ”5 star” status. I was transferring from a different 5 star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and the difference between the two in terms of service and quality was like night and day. After check in, I queried why I had been asked to pay on arrival despite having confirmation from Accor that I had prepaid for the room. I was promptly accused by a gentleman at the front desk of presenting fraudulent confirmation which had me incredibly upset. After about 10 minutes a manager finally came out to explain that despite the confirmation email, payment had not been taken which it would have been nice to be informed of prior to my arrival at the hotel. He offered a fruit basket as a form of an apology which never appeared in our rooms. The rooms at the hotel are in desperate need of updating and have clearly not undergone a deep clean in a long time after we found rubbish under the cushions in the seating area. The hotel drinks are terrible quality and served in the smallest cups imaginable. The selection of food is really quite small and the included ”juice” served with breakfast was watered down nonsense that tasted disgusting, clearly trying to get people to pay for the premium juice. Juice was available from the bars but these conveniently did not open until breakfast was finished. The children's activities seem very badly organised and the signage was inaccurate in some places as to what was happening when. The overall quality of the food was mediocre, with a few decent though not outstanding choices. The only reason I haven't given this hotel 1 star is because the crossing attendants to help you get from the Palm side to the beach side were very nice, and the hotel does have access to an excellent snorkelling area with a wide variety of marine life and easy access without a long jetty. As a member of the Accor loyalty scheme, I was entitled to late checkout if there was availability which the hotel seemed very hesitant to honour, and made sure that we were not going to make any further use of either meals or drinks by cutting off our bands. This was once again a far cry from our experience at the other hotel we stayed at, which was far more relaxed and open considering Sharm El Sheikh often has people leaving in the evenings. All in all I would not consider staying at this hotel again even if I was offered a fee to do so, and would suggest one of the many other fine establishments in the area.

i didn’t regret choosing Sunrise Arabian for a vacation place, this is actually my surprise vacation gift for my family and it was our very first time there. they have a fantastic and impressive animation team. they are extremely hilarious and they engage with everyone in the resort well. we appreciate their support and especially their senior management team, whose actions are very obvious. and also, Abram was the finest; he was so kind and helpful and assisted us with everything while we were there.
