Bad service but great coral reef access at hotel to snorkel. Though the masks are extra charge so bring your own if you have them. Breakfast buffet and drinks were not great / overall there are better hotels to stay at in sharm.

What a magical place this is! Steve and I had the most wonderfully relaxing 10 day stay at The Royal Savoy. Throughout our holiday we were so impressed with all the well trained staff: their attention to detail, the amazing food and service. We would love to return for my special birthday in January 2025. Special thanks to Hussien our room attendant, Romany, Ahmed, A Atef at the pool, Alaa the Kit Kat man, Aislinn and her Morning Room breakfast team (wonderful omelettes), Makarious, Hussein, Mina, Sameh and Mr Ramy and Islam in the hotel administration team.

A fantastic place. Great people work there & made us feel very welcome. The staff, our room, the food & drink, the pools, the entertainment were absolutely amazing. I recommend this place highly & we are looking forward to going back there to see everyone.

We had a week at the Royal Savoy as a family of 4 adults in April. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. The service was outstanding throughout. We particularly loved the service at breakfast in the Royal Savoy restaurant-a relaxed and serene ambience - superb staff and service. Big shout out to Ahmed and George at the pool for the superb bar and sunbed service. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they made our stay so much more chilled by looking after us so well. Beautiful bedrooms, immaculately clean and spacious. Service down at the private beach bar was also superb. All in all a fabulous break at a fabulous hotel - we will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this resort and its staff. The staff asked me for my flight info, and without realizing I had a driver with my name standing at arrivals. The hotel desk staff (Mody, Hind, Shehab, Beshoy and so many more) are extraordinary and accommodating. Their level of service and professionalism is unparalleled. The food was wonderful and displayed expertly. The chefs and servers and staff are warm, friendly, and work tirelessly. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. All the staff go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and special. Traveling the world, I can honestly say that this is by far the best vacation I have experienced in decades. I so highly recommend this resort, its staff, and the experience for your next vacation!!!

I spent a week at the Savoy hotel and can honestly it is absolutely beautiful clean and stunningly designed. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the food in the hotel restaurants was fresh and delicious. The service was consistently amazing from our lovely room attendant to the charming front desk agents. I managed to misplace my phone, apple ear buds and my bag all in one day and the staff found all of them! The private beach was right next to the pool area and Soho square with all the night life, shops and restaurants was right on our doorstep! I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be coming back here again :)

The staff were always very attentive and polite , the breakfast Boufet was beyond epic , great variety of food and beverage. The private beach and the service at the beach was also very enjoyable. We booked at their tapenyaki and sushi restaurants , both were very good singing experiences. The beach is always very clean and serves well
