位置：酒店位置在市區中心 交通很方便 到各處景點都不遠 酒店正門對着卓展 側門對着市政府廣場 不到500米處是恆隆廣場和瀋陽博物館
服務：一樓大堂寬敞明亮 前台服務熱情周到 電梯口有24小時保安 也是很負責 很安全
環境：開始預訂的是商務套房 和圖片一樣 但客廳的窗户對着牆體 顯着有些壓抑 感覺房間面積大概就60平左右吧 沒有介紹的90平 後來補差價換到了豪華套房 這個是明廳 正對市政府廣場 兩廳兩室兩衞 每個房間光線也都很好
衞生：每天都有阿姨打掃 很乾凈 但唯一不足是每個房間的窗户都沒有紗窗 晚上開着驅蚊器 我們和孩子身上還是都咬了十多個包 紗窗問題希望店家可以改善下
整體在酒店式公寓中環境服務衞生都很滿意 五星好評

首先。房間窗簾不能完全遮上，圖二是早晨5點。圖3是半夜11.30。門也比門框小，漏風漏光。反正整夜屋裡都亮堂堂的！其次，玻璃珠子的吊燈會隨着樓上客人走路而震顫發出清脆撞擊聲，就挺影響睡眠的。基於這兩點一夜沒咋睡。再次，屋裡煙味有些大，酒店在我提出問題後給我換房間了服務不錯！設施有點年代了。

酒店環境還不錯，早餐極其單調，連牛奶都沒有，粥，主食都是衹有一種，喝光了也不加。服務還不錯👍我的充電器落在酒店，聯繫了服務員給快遞寄回。

首先位置非常好，要去遼寧大劇院看演出，就在街對面。出來地鐵口很近，5分鐘。離恆隆廣場也近，很方便。其次安全係數高，密碼開門，電梯刷卡，感覺不錯。第三設施齊全，屋裡有冰箱，夏天真能用得上。有小廚房，公寓式。最後服務也挺好，一樓前台小夥挺麻溜，入住退房都很快。關鍵價格也不貴，推薦。
