4.5分的綜合評價不是無緣無故來的，冷熱水出水不穩定，浴巾上面有灰卷，晚上房間越睡越冷，有窗的房間臨街噪音不是一般的大。還有前台，彷彿你欠她100萬…跟大連北站那個漢庭，天壤之別。

服務態度好，特別感謝負責衞生的阿姨和前台工作人員，我們開車去玩，走時將包裹落在了酒店門口，裏面有孩子眼鏡，還有現金，打掃衞生的阿姨有責任心幫拿回酒店，前台幫聯繫快遞，郵寄回來了，大家拾金不昧，為客户着想，真的非常感謝！

這個品牌的酒店不是第一次住，這家真不咋滴，晚上七八點了服務員海外用機器洗地毯，噪音很大，早餐餐廳才盆邊上有頭髮，枱子上都是站飛蟲，晚上十點多洗了個澡出來正好遇到從門縫兒塞小廣告的，嚇了我一跳！有待改進啊！
