Great hotel in the middle of Shenyang. Was a perfect stay for a weekend of vacation (couple, no kids). Clean, friendly service, great breakfast. Wifi worked well too.

Convenient location. Access to room is cumbersome as you need to take two lifts.

The room was okay, nothing to quite brag about besides the bidet toilet seat. However, the front desk lady was very hospitable. I only asked her what the check out time was, and she offered me an extra 2 hours by goodwill.

Was mostly an average experience, the only real highlight of the stay was the breakfast… the rooms’ amenities are a bit outdated.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with Mixc and Kerry Center nearby for shopping and dining. The room is clean and comfortable, and I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel guest service center is attentive and considerate, and the girls who answered the phone are very polite. Sophia arranged the room in advance and prepared cards and teddy bears for the children. The children had a very happy Children's Day.

Everything else is ok but I don't understand why a star hotel wants to refund the deposit after 24 hours. Is there any interest on the day you leave it? Ctrip has to pay more than 1,000 yuan for the deposit. When you arrive at the hotel, you need to pay more than 3,000 yuan to book a room. You have to call Ctrip to get the deposit refunded. What kind of star service is this? It's not as good as a budget hotel.

This time I came to Shenyang and chose the Grand Hyatt Hotel after comparing online reviews. I was not disappointed. There was a young man asking about my luggage when I entered the door on the first floor. Tingting who checked in was also very patient. All my questions were answered patiently. When checking out, Baobao also helped to reduce the delay and reduce parking. It was really comprehensive and made it a very satisfying stay. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I will choose this place again in the future!

The front desk called in advance to ask what the housing requirements were. They asked me to choose a room with a better location because I had to stay in the room all day. I was very satisfied with the room I chose. I had to sleep in the next day and communicated with the cleaning aunt to come and clean it in the afternoon. Auntie I packed up quickly without wasting time. I had to wait for someone to check out, so I communicated with the front desk about late check-out. The service attitude was very good. It is very convenient to go to Vientiane City and walk directly through the passage on the first floor. I will stay again next time I come to Shenyang After considering the hotel, I finally praised the lady Sophia at the front desk. Overall, I am very satisfied~ But I personally feel that the staff will deliver the takeout to the room, so I feel embarrassed to order too much takeout. It would be better if there is a robot. I feel like I’m always bothering others hahh
