服務非常好，環境乾淨衞生，客房主管韓穎因為服務人員意外拔除房卡，特意來道歉，誠意滿滿，其他人員服務也特別好，以後再去瀋陽還會去住

出行很方便，到瀋陽站很近，下了火車出站直接步行很快就到了。五一出行，之前本來準備定親子房間，但是無房了，於是定了普通的大床房，房間還算寬敞，服務也比較好，辦理入住時工號6810看到我們帶孩子，準備了孩子洗漱用品，非常貼心。因為帶着小孩，需要沖奶粉，客房主管韓主管晚上幫我們送來礦泉水，後面每天也在房間多準備了礦泉水，非常貼心。下次到瀋陽來旅遊還是會選擇繼續入住，非常不錯，值得推薦

非常滿意的一次出行住宿體驗，酒店假節日房價不像其它酒店翻倍，比較實在。酒店保持五星級標準，乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情，給人很舒服。憑房卡可以游泳，游泳館服務人員態度特別好，尤其是1200、1192號，泳池也很大，水很乾凈。每天客房清潔很好，用品補充及時，感謝韓主管。酒店早餐品種豐富，環境很好，還送了小朋友蝸牛寵物。下次來瀋陽，還要住這家，周圍也很方便。

五一帶着長者孩子出來玩第一次住海韻錦江酒店體驗感非常奈斯～～快到五一的時候接到了媛媛的確認電話，發送了我很多瀋陽的諮詢，要求也很準確的安排啦，退房還送了我小禮物很喜歡，晚上沒找到電視遙控器的時候一個電話韓主管馬上來幫我們找遙控器，還有打掃衞生的阿姨也非常熱情的給我們送來孩子的拖鞋。早餐也挺豐富，泳池水温也很適合孩子玩，特別喜歡酒店的洗漱包裝很衞生又好用！！！唯一一點失望的就是晚上吃的自助火鍋餐體驗感非常差，烤串的師傅態度也不咋好。。還有説已預約的好多個座位也一直沒有人來，讓我們坐在燈光按的位子。。吃個壽司還。。反正花自己錢吃了一頓委屈的晚餐。。其他的服務都非常滿意！

假期帶孩子來瀋陽旅遊，這個酒店讓我很驚喜，很新很乾凈！還沒有入住就有銷售呂經理打電話問詢，還發送瀋陽旅遊攻略很貼心。入住酒店前台張經理看到我們有兩個小孩，立刻送小童拖鞋和牙具，服務很貼心，房間衞生很乾凈，在火車站附近還能有服務這麼好的酒店，性價比超高。早餐也很豐富，不斷有人詢問有什麼需要幫助的，無論寄存行李還是客房服務都都能給你賓至如歸的感受，酒店所到之處都是微笑服務，大大改觀對東北的印象，對瀋陽服務的印象，瀋陽值得來，海韻錦江值得入住！

性價比超高！錦江品質值得信賴，老牌星級酒店，設施沒的説，五星標準，尤其是大堂很棒保養的不錯，游泳池健身房，很新太讚了。小孩游泳時有個小插曲，小腳趾碰到池壁流血，1171號小帥哥耐心細緻進行清理和包紮，還給小孩拿了禮物進行安慰，非常非常感謝！早餐的阿姨還給學齡前小寶貝送了蛋糕禮物，很有愛，幫着拿小童餐具和餐椅，跑前跑後的，服務特別好！美中不足的是，提供的嬰兒床壞了，沒法用，建議以後備好。交通還算便利，緊挨着瀋陽站高鐵和地鐵站的西廣場，走幾步就到了，樓下小館子，露天燒烤很多，擼串哈啤酒很方便，一公里之內，有聞名的老四季抻面，那家老院子。現在旅遊業紅火，競爭也越來越激烈，越來越捲了，高品質的服務，高標準的硬件設施，才能抓住客户的心，祝願海韻越來越好！
