通過電話提前和前台取得了聯繫，一樓大廳取電梯卡，進房間，網上登記身份證件，入住一氣呵成，安全便利。住了十多天，還有洗衣房可以隨時洗衣服，室內環境就不用説啦，非常好，物美價廉，超級超級滿意！！！

衞生間水龍頭是壞的，用膠帶綁起來；水池裡全是黃色水漬；枕頭上好幾個之前住户的雙眼皮貼；洗手間連衞生紙都沒有；牙刷是最便宜最差的那種；進屋手機沒信號，無線時斷時續要不停重啟路由器

房間空間還可以，是民宿性質，在榮興大廈裏面，安保設施還可以，房東發密碼開門，周邊交通比較便利，吃飯比較方便。

房間很乾凈，大床，兩人睡沒問題。供暖很好，晚上不用開空調，半夜洗的襪子第二天早上就幹了。設施齊全，離大奧萊及地鐵站步行也就十分鐘吧，樓下吃喝很多，很方便。客服服務態度很好。
