What else do you expect on the COLD New Year day? If all places are booked up or giving a surprisingly high price, your don't have any choices. This little spot is not comfortable as you expected, but it's economically cozy to spend a cold night. I'd say in this case seal up the complain but adjust your own mindset and enjoy the warmth itself and be bright next time to book a better place ahead of time in the peak season...
