工作人員都很熱情，態度非常好。我連住兩天，但是衹給刷了一天房卡。這個希望以後注意，因為出去玩太累了，回來進不去房間，又下樓刷的卡。房間裏備品換的勤，但是地板有點臟，很多頭髮，還有灰。不過在中街，挨着故宮，這個價格也算合理了。

位置挺好 離故宮 張學良舊居 劉老根大舞台步行可達 離中街步行街也不遠 房間乾淨整潔 設施齊全 有手機充電器 服務很好 前台可以免費蓋文創章 出售故宮大政殿和瀋陽站的冰箱貼 行李寄存了一天 晚上上火車前去取的 很方便 打車到瀋陽北站11元 坐地鐵也可以

位置不錯，設備設施很差，空調管沒堵縫，夜裡起風了，呼呼響還的爬起來拿紙堵.服務更奇葩，我在攜程用積分訂的延遲退房，入住時候説沒有選，我晚上拿着手機找出訂單，前台説給你登記上，我十二點二十回來準備辦理退房，房卡不能用了，還得找前台開鎖，就這服務太差了….格局太小了，大家好好考慮

酒店位置很好，離故宮幾百米，也好找。晚上非常安靜。房間略小，掛衣服的架子太小了，開箱子的枱子都沒有。床墊和枕頭非常舒服。早餐很好吃!推薦他家早餐。也有機器人。總起來推薦!自己也會再來。

第一次來瀋陽，本來對酒店抱有的希望不大，也看了網上有的朋友説不好的，但是剛推開門的那一刻，我就覺得值了，畢竟三天兩晚才400多，房間特別乾淨，主要是乾淨，而且很暖和，這麼便宜的價格還送了兩份早餐，個人覺得特別超值了，入住了兩晚，房間都會有人來打掃，而且離故宮，劉老根大舞台，中街，都不遠，步行都可以到達，對了他家還有洗衣機可以免費用，還有洗衣液跟柔順劑都是免費使用的，下次有機會來瀋陽的話還是會首選你家的，酒店對面的東北菜也不錯，待了兩天午餐都在他家解決的，但是不要多點，我們一家四口，點了四個菜沒有吃完，可以先點菜，不夠再加，不要一次點太多，會吃不完的😅

高鐵站打車出來去酒店很方便，位置也很好，晚上出門逛逛背面好多烤肉店，正面左轉是瀋陽故宮、金融博物院，右轉向前還有張學良故居
夜景是真漂亮，周邊街區小巷逛一逛也蠻有意思的。
酒店住宿早餐是自助，第一次吃到紅豆餡兒的春捲，也蠻香的，然後小蛋糕不膩超級好吃

每次來瀋陽都住白玉蘭，但最不滿意的就是這個了，馬桶上面有尿漬，房間很冷，服務態度也不好
