Too expensive for what you get, pool was closed too. Definitely stay in a cheaper hotel if you ever want to visit Shekou. Rooms too dark and depressing, trying to be cool but it’s just hard to see.

Location is ideal if you are staying in the Sea World area very convenient to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel signage does not say Wassim so we walked right past it the first time and then had to ask where the hotel was. It says (something? Sorry can't remember the first word) Apartments. Very convenient to the Seaworld Metro, use exit A. Check in and check out was very easy and the front desk personnel was outstanding. So why did I give Service a 2? The reason is the 3rd party security service the apartment hires is extremely rude and disrespectful. We had 5 groups stay there and each one that was a couple was questioned by security and treated the females like they were *********** being brought back to the hotel. Required them to show ID and go to the front desk before they were allowed to go to their room. Those that did not have their ID with them at that moment (Left in the room) security was very aggressive and did not want to allow them the chance to go to the room and get it then started making threats on calling the police. The hotel did apologies for the issue the next morning, but all the females felt very uncomfortable and scared. The room did not look like the photos, little musty smelling and was outdated. There was no carpet but all tile which is fine, but in the bathroom the tile was extremely slippery. The shower mat they provide to prevent slipping is very small and if you stepped off of it you were at risk of falling. The shower drain did not drain fast enough for the amount of water. The shower was not sealed properly and leaked all into the bathroom floor the caulking was old and had mold on it. The water leak made it even more of a fall hazard on that slick surface. Patio that I had was very spacious but extremely dirty. Power outlets were limited. Wardrobe did have a lot of space and there was a dresser if you need storage. If you only care about location and not any of the other items, this hotel is good enough.

Nearby the Shekou Ferry terminal around 10mins taxi. Staff is super friendly and helpful, room is very clean and very spacious. Washing machine dryer in the room, oven and microwaves available too! Have a subway station nearby too!

The apartment was very big we especially loved the big bath. Everything is close or a 10min drive. Yet the location is like paradise. So quiet and relaxing, birds singing every where right next to a beautiful river. When you stay here it feels like your on an island. The breakfast is amazing, chinese and western food. There are so many restaurants right outside on your door step.

Great location and very close walking distance to the metro station. Easy to take the metro to happy harbour or the shenzhen CBD. Washing machine is also very useful and there is a pole on the balcony to hang clothes to dry. I also found the hotel to be very quiet. Unfortunately the kitchen doesn’t have any bowls or cutlery so I couldn’t make any use of it.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a 2-minute walk next door to Vientiane, Qianhai. I was really pleasantly surprised this time. At first I was a little worried about whether the quality would be mediocre due to the affordable price. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt it was pretty good. It was high-end and clean. The check-in process was quick. The owner was very nice and enthusiastic. When I got to the room, My heart is really bright! Very cost-effective, very tidy, and all the supplies are available! We are a family of 5 from Hong Kong. When we entered the room and saw the room with a small staircase, we were very happy (Hong Kong mostly has one-floor apartments). Even my husband, who is very demanding, thought it was a good value for money. Then my husband wanted to watch TV, but found that there was a problem with the line, so he called the front desk. The front desk guy came to watch, and then the front desk moved a TV to replace it. It was really hard work! All in all, the apartment this time is a 5-star value for money. Don’t ask for services like the Shangri-La Hotel. They only charge you a few hundred yuan a night. It’s perfect in terms of per capita consumption! I will definitely book this hotel next time I come to Nanshan District!

1. The location of the hotel is super good, just next to Tanglang Metro Station. The entrance is on the M floor of Tanglang City Shopping Center. There are security guards at the entrance and exit. Real-name registration, temperature measurement and scanning code are required to enter; take the subway to Shenzhen North Station in about 15 minutes , The traffic is very convenient. 2. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and there is a smart toilet cover in the bathroom. Although it can't be used, it is still quite good. 3. It's so convenient to eat around. Downstairs is Tanglang City, opposite to Baoneng City. There are many types of food, mainly for convenience; it takes only more than 20 minutes by subway to Yifang City Shopping Center. 4. I read the hotel reviews before and said that it is very noisy if it is close to the subway station (on the ground); but after the actual check-in, I personally feel that there is no noise. 5. The view of the hotel room is very good. You can watch the sunset in the room. The room is clean and quiet. It is two to three minutes walk from the subway station near the exit of the subway station. There are a lot of food around, close to the beach, recommended for couples.
