The hotel is conveniently located near to Convention Centre and 10 minutes walk to 卓越中心, the only shortfall is about its wifi reception, none of the time we can be connected with wifi/internet service and it is super inconvenient for international travellers, more to improve, the drinks were placed outside instead of the fridge. Hotel might consider to have the drinks stored in the fridge so guests can have it without giving extra time to chill under the hot season.

Stayed for x5 days staff were very polite attentive Eric, Jaina & Stella at the bar language was not issue. I had issue with bank cards they were very patient due to time difference with UK. I would happily return with my Chinese family members and UK family should they visit. However if I am ever in the Futian district again, I would certainly consider Wyndham again obviously cost dependent if any other upper class Hotel was available at could price I would also shop around. The service was very good, and my stay was so relaxing. The service was so good that they could sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. I really liked the amenities. The price I paid was absolutely worth it! Besides, the staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Please Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian give your staff awards especially a staff name called Mitchell Ye! He was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. He were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walked in the main door. He also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that I needed as well!

Breakfast was good. The room was clean, looked old but preserved, bathroom was as well but ceramic tiles near bathtub had stains. We were asked to pay deposit of 1000rmb when we were checking in, that was not written anywhere when we were booking the room. So instead of welcoming atmosphere, we were welcomed with this, we felt unwelcomed. So, considering the price, we haven't got what we paid for.

The location is just great which is next to the exit of big speed railway and in the center of Futian CBD. Shopping and restaurant are nearby and I’m walking distance. Just want to comment about the restaurant in the hotel, food is sos so and the service (breakfast buffet) is not up to standard at all. Hope it can improve in the coming time. Overall is a good experience here and I certainly will be back again.

My boyfriend and I went to the Ritz to celebrate our anniversary there. Upon arrival we were greeted with a decorated room that included some very thoughtful personal touches. There was a handwritten card that included us as cartoon characters in Shenzhen and a cake that was also including some personal touch. Shortly, after we settled in our room, Nicole came to personally greet and welcome us in Shenzhen. During our entire stay she was always available when we had any questions and even arranged an heater that was put into our room due to the cold weather. Since we are also sports enthusiasts, we couldn’t wait to check out the pool of the hotel but unfortunately it was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor pool. Luckily, the amazing team members of the SPA was able to offer us the alternative of making use of the amazing SPA facilities that offer a jacuzzi, an ice bath, a sauna as well as relaxing area and some amazing drinks along with our stay there. We would also like to highlight the work of Jack, the concierge gentleman , who took care of some of our personal deliveries prior to our arrival and gave us some great recommendations for bars around the area. We wrapped our stay up by a personal farewell with Nicole and her team and lots of memorable touches. She gave us an amazing experience and we will definitely come back to enjoy another stay here.

Perfect experience! Thanks for the Prosecco and birthday’s pillow case! Room is a bit old but very spacious and cozy. breakfast is ok but honestly I have expected more variety with the price paid, overall is satisfying! Just a small note: we got approached by the sales during our breakfast and try to sell us the membership…. It’s not really a luxury hotel would do…. The staff was polite but we would really love to have private time enjoying our breakfast.

Nice and helpful staff from the front desk to the room cleaners. Everyone was friendly and tried to make my stay more comfortable. I stayed at MetroPark hotel for almost 3 weeks while applying for my work permit. Miss Q. Li at the front desk seems more knowledgeable about the required document from the hotel side than several other hotels I called. Mr. Lin and the other colleagues of theirs were also very helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge (see photo). Equipments are somewhat old but everything is in good working condition. Hotel is connected to the subway / metro. There are lots of eateries and shops in the neighborhood.

It's been years since I started at the classic Shangri-la but if you need to take a ”day trip” into Hong Kong this is definitely the best hotel to stay in. The club floor Horizon Lounge seems newly renovated and the staff was excellent. Special kudos goes out to Maria Liao who was at the front desk during check-in and did a superb job checking me in and making sure all my needs were met. There are more modern hotels for sure in Shenzhen but as a traveller of going back and forth between Shenzhen and Hong Kong this is still the Grand Dame of hotels to stay!

This hotel is definitely a top tier choice. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The amenities are clean and new. The staff is hard working and professional (which is of utmost importance to me in a customer service perspective). My husband and I booked an anniversary trip here and were overly impressed with everything about this place. We told them it was our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed it. The spa treatment was well worth its price. It’s the best experience I’ve had in years! The food is great. The bar selection is impeccable. This is a luxurious place and not for those who don’t wish to spend top dollar for outstanding service. Before leaving we were helped by Concierge manager, Chris who was very customer oriented and friendly. He ensured I got my packages mailed off while attending to other guests as well. He’s magical! Our entire experience was simply the best.

After a meal, you can sit around and drink tea and chat, which is very good. The shower room and the toilet are separated, so that it will not delay the use of multiple people. The hotel and room environment are very clean, and the service attitude is also good! There are not many choices for breakfast, but there are both Chinese and Western tastes, hygienic and fresh! The hotel has an underground parking lot, and the location is easy to find. It is very convenient to take a taxi or order takeaway! Will choose to stay next time

I stayed in the cheapest capsule which cannot be locked and its ”door” is a canvas sheet. However, I didn't mind it as I was also given a card which lets me access a locker to store my valuables. Toilets are shared and not that good, only squat toilets are available. Think of it like a college dorm but the toilets are not that good. They do provide you with like a hotdesk area you can sit and work at, and free coffee. It is located in a pretty industrial area (Huaxin) and is an approximately 10 min walk from the metro. Nearby is the tech malls Shenzhen is pretty well known for.

Positives The hotel was clean and had beautiful views, just make sure you stay above the tenth floor to truly enjoy them. It was very close to the metro and just a walk away from Wutong mountain. The gym was fully equipped and clean, there was even a relatively big outdoor pool that I didn't know they had until I saw it from the gym. The breakfast was also good although not a western breakfast which is what I was hoping for. Negatives This is small but there was no bottle opener or spoon in the room to stir my coffee with. The staff were friendly but like most hotels I've been to in China, they didn't know anything about the area such as if foreigners could quickly and easily rent out bikes. They could've just explained that it takes one WORKING DAY to verify your ID to use the bike app which I had to figure out on my own. They should have this information along with other information like what are the best beaches both nearby and far away as well as some restaurants they would recommend. Overall, the hotel is great value for money and I'd happily stay here again, especially knowing they have a fairly big outdoor pool. Although the area is not for tourists as there is nothing to see apart from Wutong mountain which was great, it's still worth staying in as you have the metro nearby.

It was the first time I stayed in this hotel, and I locked in the Center of Excellence to eat, eat and play, so I found a nearby hotel. Because two families were together, the goal was some family rooms, and this one happened to be on this platform There is a nice suite with one queen bed and two double beds, which is enough for us three adults and two children to stay together. The hotel is not a 5-star hotel, but I believe there are 4 stars. The hotel lobby is fragrant, stylishly designed, and spacious. The check-in process is fast. The front desk staff of the hotel are polite and will try their best to help guests solve problems! The only thing is that the location is not convenient. Go straight to the Union Square on the ground at Exit E of Gangxia Subway Station, then turn around the corner and walk forward. The hotel is the Tongxin Building. It was a little rainy that day, so I was a little embarrassed. It took about 12 minutes to walk to the hotel entrance. Entering the hotel lobby, you are attracted by the fragrance, and the environment is clean! When I got to the room, there was an enthusiastic cleaner Auntie greeted me and led me to the room, and told her to ask her for help if necessary! The partition of this suite gave us a big surprise! Very large, with two sets of toilets, but only one shower, no bathtub is a bit disappointing. The air-conditioning is enough, but it takes some time to cool down. After all, the room is relatively large, and the cleanliness of the room is full! You can call ** for supper at night, **brother can deliver it to the room for delivery, and I will consider staying next time!

The perfect hotel for a trip to Dameisha! This is the perfect hotel when you want to visit the beach at Dameisha. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is excellent. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff was very friendly and communicated well. Gene made sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a great stay. The rooms are spacious, have comfortable beds, and include both a shower and a bathtub. The balconies have a great view of the beach, and overlook the swimming pool. Nestled on Nanshan Park hill, this hotel is a gem in the Shekou area. We stayed in the tree house, a quaint yet cozy cabin with a lovely view of nature. Having a place so close (we live in Shekou) to get away from the city is very convenient, especially during a time when travel is difficult. My only suggestion to management would be to do a better job cleaning. The room was dusty and the storage area above the bed was, to put it bluntly, disgusting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning, hopefully, to a cleaner cabin.

The location and view of St Regis Shenzhen are superb. It is situated in one of the CBDs of the city, with a few large shopping malls nearby. The service is also impeccable. The butler of my room is very helpful and gives some suggestions of my stay in Shenzhen (including tourist spots and restaurants). She also helps to reserve places at restaurants. Furthermore, the morning buffet breakfast of the hotel is one of the best I have tried. It offers a wide spectrum of cuisine including Cantonese, western, Japanese and Indian cuisines. I went to Futian for a day trip during the holidays, and found this hotel near the Shuiwei Night Market. It was very easy to find the hotel opposite the Convention and Exhibition Center. The price is very affordable, the room decoration and hygiene level are comparable to a 700-night hotel. To sum up, the hygiene of the toilet, the decoration of the room and the attitude of the staff are commendable. Will come again!

The hotel is perfect for my standards!!! It has big rooms, very clean an with many services. At a cheap price. I would go back here every time i go to Shenzhen! If you are late to wake up, they will still come and clean up the room in the afternoon (this doesn't happen in other hotels). The only problem is with finding the hotel. It is located in Golden Central Tower ( You need to enter the building (it doesn't look like an hotel, but it's a business center). It is very busy with workers and there are businesses on every floor. the hotel is on the 10th floor. So just go to the lifts at the end of the hall and go to 10th floor. there is no way you can tell, you are going to an hotel. But as the 10th floor doors open, you recognize you are in an hotel. if you go by taxi, just give then this name 金中环商务大厦 for the building. if you go by metro, Convention Center Line 1 is the right stop. As you reach Exit E, keep walking 150 metres underground, enter the Link City shopping area and exit from Link City Exit 2. the building entrance is just in front of the metro stairs of Link City . Them stairs are very colorful, every step has a different color. can't miss.

Yalan Hotel does have its own geographical advantages, within 3-5 minutes to the beach, and a minute or two to the outlets. There is a swimming pool, an underground parking lot, and it is the hotel closest to the main entrance of the beach. The wishing tower and children's inflatable swimming pool are also here. I suggest that everyone try to live in Building 1. Building 1 has a front desk, a restaurant, and a swimming pool, and it looks much more prosperous. Building 2 is too deserted and looks very depressed, but Building 2 has free billiards and paid massages. Paid 300 meters to experience an hour of massage service. The Vienna Hotel is also very close to Gate 3 of the beach, just a distance away from a zebra crossing, but there are traffic jams and overcrowding. Hilton does not go up and down in the middle, but it is only a few minutes more walking distance, that's all. Going out from the main entrance of the hotel is almost always seafood food stalls, casserole porridge, and pigeons. I suggest walking from McDonald's to Hilton and Vienna Hotel. There will be a lot more choices, such as McDonald's KFC, Mengziyuan, Real Kung Fu Snail Noodle 7 Chai and so on. Pizza Hut has it too.

There are 3 hotels in these buildings that face the water. The hotel was in the middle between the Vienna and Air hotel. I checked in at the main building but she said I was in building 3 with the kfc. I saw the kfc but the entrance to the building wasn't marked that clearly. I walked into the main restaurant but they said I had to go outside and go around to the other side to get to the elevators. I think I agree with the other reviews that it's was just ok inside but I expected more for the price. The location is nice though. Right across from the beach but there is a wall that borders the beach so you still have to walk to the end of the buildings to get to the beach. The Li Nian Hotel is a relatively newly opened hotel located two minutes from Liwan Metro Station. It’s perfect for those wanting to stay close to the Shekou Port for easy ferry rides to Hong Kong or Macau. This hotel is one of the best designed, clean and has the most friendly staff I’ve encountered across multiple hotels across China. Perfect for all types of travellers - solo, couples, friends. Unfortunately due to the popularity of the hotel, only a room with two single beds were available but that didn’t matter because the bed linen was of high quality and the bed itself is comfortable. For the price per night, I was so surprised at what was available. Room service delivery via the robot, I heated toilet with a wash function, big shower, a big room and with a great TV. The staff are absolutely warm and fantastic. I’ve stayed in way more expensive hotels, some being the biggest in the international hotel chain, but didn’t receive great service like I did at Li Nian Hotel. Li Nian Hotel will now be my hotel of choice when I come to Shenzhen. Big ups and thank you to everyone at Li Nian Hotel! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
