"The hotel is good located and I thought I got a good offer with several free gifts. Everything felt new and nice. Cons: - The free offer for tea in creative area is not all for free. When you want to self service , the worker comes and says not to touch it. No signs. - The table cleaning worker during the breakfast was also cutting fresh fruits and permanently coughed over them. No mask. I would not recommend breakfast because of hygiene reasons."

SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen
"We had an absolutely incredible stay here—hands down one of the finest hotel experiences in Shenzhen! From the moment you walk in, the interior design is stunning and creates an immediate sense of luxury and comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart is their deeply thoughtful service. They actually customized a scent for our room based on our preferences, and even gifted us a matching scent card as a keepsake afterward. It was such a beautiful, personalized touch that made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly accommodating and effortlessly fulfilled our request for a room on a high level, which offered a great view. The room itself was immaculate, pristine, and perfectly clean with absolutely zero cigarette smell—which can be hard to find and was a massive plus for us. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Being right next to the mall made dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!"
Lu Yue Hotel (Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Science Museum Metro Station Store)

What's more, the hotel offers free facilities like a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is incredibly convenient. The entire stay was unforgettable! Just 100 meters from the hotel, Bread & Salt Cafe offers European breakfast and afternoon tea desserts. You can enjoy a variety of delicious food and drinks here, making for a pleasant morning or afternoon. About 500 meters away, on Shennan Road, there's a Pizza Hut restaurant serving various flavored pizzas and snacks. It's also a great spot for business meals. Additionally, you can head to Dongmen Old Street to sample authentic local delicacies. "The front desk manager had excellent service. They were very considerate of guests' feelings, especially on a rainy day. They showed me different room types and respected my preferences, recommending a quiet room based on my needs. When I left, they even helped me carry my belongings to my car. Overall, it was a great stay. I really loved the room's design – very therapeutic, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I also particularly liked the screen window design."

The room was both stylish and comfortable, with a minimalist and sophisticated Bauhaus design. The 210-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view. The self-service afternoon tea was delightful, and breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The complimentary souvenir gift upon check-out was very practical, including earplugs, an eye mask, and a neck patch – truly showcasing the hotel's meticulous attention to detail at every turn."
Pengrunda Hyde Hotel Shenzhen
"Great location, right by the subway exit, and behind it is MixC Shenzhen Bay Street. The room was spacious and bright, and there's free self-service laundry. Ruby at the front desk was super friendly; she saw my child and proactively upgraded us to a family room. My kid loved the slide and rocking horse in it, really appreciate it!"
Yutai Hotel Apartment (Dongmen Pedestrian Street Luohu Port Branch)
"The room is quite spacious, offering plenty of open space. The high floor provides excellent views, and the air conditioning keeps it nice and cool. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Hotel Indigo SHENZHEN OVERSEAS CHINESE TOWN by IHG
"Five-star rating for Minna, who was prompt and handled issues effectively, significantly enhancing our stay. Also, kudos to the restaurant front desk attendant, who was gentle and enthusiastic, helping us with our problems. The balcony view is decent; you can see Window of the World. The hotel's interior design is quite good, consistent with Indigo's usual style. However, there were many downsides: 1. The most significant issue was with certain front desk staff members. During check-in, they were unprofessional and inefficient, leading to wasted time and effort, and even assigning the wrong room type. They also showed impatience when communicating. Some reviews mentioned a cold front desk, and that might be the person I encountered, as the other two staff members I interacted with were very friendly, even if they weren't fully familiar with some information, which didn't affect the overall experience. Despite this, I strongly advise against taking your chances, as encountering an unhelpful staff member can be a huge waste of time and really dampen your mood. 2. Don't book based on the 'family room' description; there are no actual family rooms, only options for an extra bed, which significantly reduces living space. 3. The swimming pool is not heated, and you have to go through an outsourced gym to get there. Manual registration is required for entry, which is very inconvenient and lacks privacy. 4. The restaurant food is mediocre, with many pre-made items. The juice and desserts are poor, though the congee and noodles are quite good. 5. The room lacks a smart control system, which is inconvenient. 6. Getting an invoice is troublesome; despite the hotel knowing customer information, they still require customers to provide proof of purchase."
TRUE GO Hotel (Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Gangxiabei Subway Station)
"Great location and close to lots of resteraunts and shops. Staff are friendly and made the check in progress very easy."
Qiuguo S Hotel (Shenzhen Science and Technology Park Nantou Ancient City)
"The environment is elegant and quiet, and the hygiene details are impeccable. The smart speaker (Xiao Du) really enhanced our stay. The hotel cat is well-behaved and adorable. Breakfast was abundant and not an afterthought. The robot service was a nice touch. The self-service laundry and dryer, and the gym were all well-equipped. Plus, it's super convenient for getting around the ancient city. I'll definitely be back – very satisfied!"
Aden Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan
"Facilities: Very new hotel Cleanliness: Spotless Service: Very polite and helpful"
Hamps hotel ShenZhen

UrCove By Hyatt (Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Center)
"I randomly picked this hotel for a stay with my kids, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded our room when they saw we had children. The hotel's smart services were a definite highlight – very convenient for communication without disturbing our rest. The location is also fantastic, right above K11, and only a few minutes' drive from Sea World. 👍🏻👍🏻"
