輸在了服務！無功無過！沒有笑容而已！在這麼大的酒店比較難見！也沒有贈送夜宵！我買的房費可是包含的！洗澡水大！房間乾淨且大！早晨不錯！涼拌牛肉好吃，牛奶濃郁，麪包小吃都不錯！環境總體可以！本來打算打5分的！扣在不給夜宵！雖然不值錢！但是沒有就不要寫！

酒店設施陳舊，馬桶蓋整個顏色都變黃了，衞生細節不注意，一拉窗簾帶出來很多灰塵。房間燈光昏暗。服務冷冰冰。也許老闆是開鹽礦的，所以早餐很鹹，炒的意麪簡直鹹的發苦。來疆目前體驗最差的酒店。

退房時前台的那位女服務員，不會微笑不會打招呼，彷彿客人欠她錢一樣。我主動跟她説“你好，請問一下退款何時能到賬？”，她全程一聲不吭，衹管低頭在電腦上搗鼓，兩分鐘後不知道對着誰哼了一聲“已經退回去了”……建議貴酒店領導把這樣的服務員重新回爐好好崗位培訓一番，三歲小孩子都知道和人打招呼要有禮貌，你們的員工一大早就這樣給客人擺臉色，真當自己是大爺嗎？

酒店位置好，有地下停車場，房間夠大又乾淨，不用出酒店，就有它家自己的飯館，比較上檔次，品種很多，味道也好，出酒店右手邊往前走有間好大的新華書店，在往前是個公園好舒服，它家早攴也好，住了兩晚。

網上定了一個單間一家三口入住，到店後前台雷姓小美女説這幾天房間寬裕呢給我們升級個親子房入住這樣房間會寬裕一點，入住後客房服務員又給小孩送來了小童拖鞋和小童牙膏，服務真的是太貼心了，房間採光好，如果下次有機會來石河子一定會再次入住這裏，服務太人性了，真心的為客人着想，感謝感謝😊

一家三口人五一出行路過石河子定了潤昌，由於是當天下午，攜程已經定不到家庭房了，致電酒店前台很熱心回答疑問，最意外驚喜是，前台小姐姐臨時攜程平台放出一間，引導立即預訂成功了，攜程平台比酒店門市價香多了，感謝潤昌飯店5月3日19：00當班前台小姐姐，為入住先暖心！酒店硬件設施很新也大氣，就硬件和酒店各項配套功能設施放在大城市五星水準。早餐也按三人分派，並未按網頁兩份，完全是暖心留客的靈活安排。早餐種類很多，冷熱甜鹹、中西餐食不細描述，五星級早餐和服務。離店交房卡即可，即使房間有許多付費商品也沒有查房，信任住客。經此一行，因為潤昌而對石河子市也好感頓升，石城很漂亮，夜景迷人，城市規劃很有水平。潤昌酒店儘管停車場很大，也停滿了車輛，約定客房可能需要稍微提前點。

酒店設施服務都挺好的，前台響應特別快，但是隔音不行，同層的旅客素質極差，應該是一羣人一起的，早上八點多就把房門全部打開，在走廊聊天吵鬧，還有小孩蹦蹦跳跳在那邊嘶吼，尖叫，也沒有人管，八點多就被吵醒，一直到十點多我們準備走了他們還在那吵

在同等價位的高檔型快捷酒店和潤昌大酒飯店的選擇中，我強烈建議選擇潤昌大飯店。飯店雖然裝修有些年頭了，裝修風格看起來沒有那麼時尚。但是在衞生，服務，硬件和餐點上均完勝快捷酒店。我入住期間體驗服務滿分，特別是客房的服務，處處讓人感受到專業和貼心，贈送的歡迎水果，下午茶質量都非常好，我都吃完了，一點都沒浪費。早餐也特別豐盛，一看就是出自星級酒店的大廚之手。我個人也因為自己有好的入住體驗，第二天特意邀請我的一個長輩跟我一起再多住了一天。不出所料，我家長輩竟然吃到了她最喜歡的桃酥。非常開心。
感謝石河子潤昌大飯店給了我一個美好的體驗。
期待下次有機會再入住。
