整體還是不錯的，酒店獨立的5層小樓，24小時熱水，進出自如，房型也比較合適的。至於價位算是這裏比較適中的。前台工作人員挺熱情。

環境不好，雜亂吵，隔音極差，休息不好；服務態度也不好，第一次去讓我從她們服務上感受到石河子人的排外情緒極重，以後不會再去，也會影響今後我對石河子人的態度跟看法。連續兩家態度都不好，因為家人需要冷藏葯品對方居然直接説你換一家吧，我都醉了（新世紀商務賓館）。

服務態度還好，衹是床品沒有換，睡覺時掀開被子，首先感覺床單有點皺，自己拽平，再看，發現床中間有一根很長的頭髮，本人短髮，心裏膈應，打電話，發現內部電話根本不能用，衹能找訂單找電話，打通説明情況，服務員態度很好，但沒有人給換，我衹能要求送來新的我自己換，一會兒就送來了，結果是倆被罩，好在天不冷，我鋪一個蓋一個將就了一宿。

房間很一般，五樓電梯還沒修好，
衞生一般，酒店的浴巾毛巾弄臟了要求賠償是合理的，但是希岸，漢庭這類酒店浴巾毛巾的賠償標準不過是50，20想問問什麼浴巾要85，不要説什麼在外面買一個浴巾就這個價格，還要定製什麼的，一點也不貴，就你們這毛巾質量30就是好的了，還説什麼純棉，金浩都沒你們浴巾貴，最後還拒絕出示報價表，住宿體驗極差
