這次的酒店定的非常滿意！位置比較好，離博物院很近，周邊也有大型超市，商場，餐館，酒店自己的粵菜和麪包房也非常nice，自助早餐種類很豐富，如果咖啡機再好點就完美的！房間很滿意，雖然是吸煙房，但沒有不好的味道，衞生打掃的很好，樓層服務員非常熱情，前台反饋也很及時。下次來應該還會選這裏！

酒店整體體驗非常滿意，客房服務也非常體貼人性化，房間裏的設施齊全，酒店的游泳池非常棒，我們家孩子游的都不想走。還有酒店的早餐也特別好，品種豐富，下次有機會還會去。

服務：前台服務態度極差，沒有耐心，唯一安慰的是打電話要小童拖鞋多送了一套小童洗漱用品這就很貼心了！
環境：三樓是個KTV，晚上八點多九點辦理入住大堂極亂，走進酒店辦理入住就有一種想退訂單的想法，也是陪孩子比賽這個時間在折騰就休息不好了
設施：房間隔音就別提了，隔壁打呼嚕都能聽見，關門咣咣的。
設施：衞生間衹能站在浴缸裏洗澡，淋浴頭還是歪的
總體下次再來石家莊不會再入住這個“五星”酒店

這次帶孩子來的，住的小黃鴨主題套房，房間已黃色為主，挺温馨的，孩子非常喜歡。
首先介紹一下眼前所看到的，一樓有大堂吧，環境像是一個花園，鮮花綠植數不勝數，旁邊有個旋轉樓梯，扶手上面全是玫瑰花裝飾，非常漂亮。
其次28樓泳池健身房也相當不錯，比我想象當中要好，環境安逸，水温適中，清澈見底。
最後感謝一下客房李素芬熱情款待，送給孩子的禮物非常喜歡（小帽子🧢 和小書包🎒 ），天氣轉暖正好可以給孩子用上，非常貼心。
期待下次下榻貴酒店！
