The location of the hotel is very good, close to the railway station, Didi travel and taxi is very convenient. Next door to the hotel is a fast food breakfast and a Chinese restaurant, which is very convenient to eat. The hotel does not include breakfast.
The hotel’s upstairs access card control, outsiders can’t get in, the 2nd floor can’t go up to the 3rd floor, it’s safe!
When you enter the room, everything is available, especially the towels and bath towels are sealed with plastic bags, so you can rest assured.

一躺床上就響 嘎吱嘎吱的 影響睡眠 隔音很差很差 不透光 窗户外面是一堵牆 住了兩晚都沒見陽光 空調也一直響 電視什麼也看不了畫質也很差 吹風機用幾十秒就不能用了 挨着ktv還好影響不大 床差 空調差 我們外出也沒告訴要進房間放東西 還好私密東西都收起來了

網上預訂的，現場去的時候説是衹剩下挨着ktv的房間了，不能換其他類型房間，都沒有了，然後我就説考慮下，等了一會前台換班了，我又去了，要求退掉訂單，然後前台説可以升級安靜的房間，交20塊錢，我尋思着交就交吧，然後開了房間，臨街，晚上很吵，這些都忍了，最後退房的時候手機充電器落下了，當天晚上打電話，説是阿姨下班了，要我3小時之內不要回電話，理由是阿姨回電話慢，這大概率是推諉，意思是她值班期間不要打電話了。第二天中午打電話，説充電器沒有拿到前台，沒有解決問題的態度，語氣中都能聽到推諉的感覺，不注重客人的問題和需求。
總之，雖然便宜點，但是房間環境差，服務態度差，不建議入住，感覺管理上存在問題，對於客人的問題互相推諉。

當天由於暴雨，取消了很多班次，石家莊火車站附近的正規酒店爆滿，於是從攜程網上找到了這個離火車站比較近的7天酒店，前台服務和房間設施環境都挺好，大堂空調非常足可以休息，並且也有小時房，對旅途的人非常合適。
